"oh? mommy is here?" 

i turned towards the voice of shin-hye and smiled, "good morning."

"good morning," shin-hye said before running towards me and hugging me. 

"oh! mama is still here!" i heard cho-reum say before also hugging me.

i chuckled, "my work is cancelled for the whole day. so, i'll be going to your canteen day."

the two of them gasped while looking at me, "are you serious!?" 

i grinned and nodded, "yes."

the two of them cheered before hugging me tightly once more. 

"what's going on?" hye-joon came into the kitchen.

"mommy is going to our canteen day!" shin-hye told him. 

"wah, really?" he asked. i also saw his eyes light up. 

i smiled and nodded, "yes. i don't have anything to do for the whole day. so, i can go to your canteen day. and then after that probably we'll go for some shopping."

"mommy's going to our canteen day?" dong-won who just came to the kitchen asked. 

i chuckled and nodded, "yes, baby. i'm going to your canteen day. so, we're going to have a lot of fun. it's been some time since i went to your school."

"our class teacher has been asking about you," shin-hye said. 

"that's right," dong-won said. 

i raised my eyebrows, "what did she say?"

"she asked if you could come to our canteen day too," dong-won said. 

shin-hye and dong-won are in the same class since both of them are born in the same year. 

"well then, you can now answer to your teacher that your mom is definitely coming to your canteen day," i said to the two of them with smiles. 

"ahreum-eunnie told us that we're going to pick up food at restaurants to bring to canteen day," cho-reum said. 

i nodded, "yes. mommmy has ordered three types of food to bring to your canteen day. chocolate truffles, steak and cheese quesadilla, mac and cheese balls."

four of them wowed. cho-reum clapped excitedly. 

"it must be yummy then," dong-won said. 

"i ask for my favourite restaurant to make it. i'm sure it's nice," i chuckled.

for two years, i have been neglecting my job as a registered parent in the school the kids are schooling also, i am supposed to give support to the school but i was so busy with work.
