Moments from month five
Third person pov
"Today is the day!" Dabi Announced as he walked into his and hawk's new apartment.
"What's happening today?" Hawks replied from the couch.
"I'm quitting the league!"
"You can do that?"
"No not really but I'm gonna fake my death!"
"Again?"
"Yeah but toga is coming with me."
"She wants out?"
"She said this isn't life for her. Plus she wants to see her niece or nephew."
"Tell her that she always has a place here."
"Will do!"

A couple hours later...
Third person pov

"Hey Shigaraki, I hear that someone is planning on leaving the league." Dabi reported
"Shit, now I have to hunt them down. But I can't be bothered to just burn them if you see them." Shigaraki said while scratching his neck.
"Gotcha." Dabi said as he walked away.
Dabi quickly opened the door to his room in the lov hideout.
"Toga we got to go now!"
"Why? I thought we were telling Shigaraki?"
"He would kill us now, pack we are leaving today."
"Okay." Toga said then rushed to her room to pack.
"Okay, Dabi, how do we get out of here." Dabi thought to himself.
"Ha! I got it!" Dabi said
"Now toga has to know."

A couple minutes later...
Dabi's pov

"Dabi, Toga, where are you going?" Shigaraki asked
"Just dumping these dead bodies out!" Toga said cheerfully
"Okay just be back soon, we have a plan."
"Whatever Handy."
Me and toga had to black duffel bags on our shoulders. They were full of our clothes and stuff. We just make them shaped like bodies. Quickly we two rush out of the base and pull up our hoods so no one recognizes us. I lead Toga to the apartment and open the door to find hawks sitting on the kitchen counter with the egg.
"We made it!" Toga happily said.
"Hey, you guys!" Hawks said getting off of the counter.
"Why are you sitting on the kitchen counter?"
"Because it's comfy."
"Oh my All might! Is that my nephew?" Toga said look at the egg in hawks arms.
"Yeah, want to hold it?"
"Of course!"
Hawks handed the egg to Toga and Toga looked at it lovingly.
"It's so warm!" Toga squealed
"Well now what Hawks? We left the league but we are still criminals."
"Don't worry I have a plan. First Toga how many people have you killed?"
"Huh!?"

Month six
Third person pov

Hawks,Dabi, and Toga have built a case to keep Dabi and Toga out of jail but it seems like toga might have to serve some time. Hawks had found out Dabi had never killed anyone. He had only left some bruises and burns here and there.

Toga story is a different case. Make another state better it was neglected with her quirk and she still had killed five people. Letting her free without any charges is going to sit right with the judges.

Hawks are going to plead for them so maybe they will have a chance.

"Dabi, keys please!" Hawks said as Dabi walked in the room with the keys to the car.
Hawks was heading to the Hero Commission building so he could tell them about Dabi and Toga.
"Here, and be careful you know how those people are."
"I will be." Hawks said.
Dabi gave Hawks a sweet kiss on the lips before hawks walked out.
"Eww!" Toga said from the couch. She was playing Wii games on the tv.
"Oh shut up!" Dabi chuckled as he sat next to her.
Dabi and Toga played Wii games till the hawks came back.
"Guys I have good news!" Hawks dashed in and threw the keys on the counter.
"What?" Toda said
"We got the trial! They said we will have a court date."
"When?" Dabi asked.
"Two months from now." Hawks replied.
"Till then you guys can go outside unhidden but you have to be with a hero. So me or Mirko.
"Perfect! Then we can go shopping!" Toga said Excitedly
"We can go anywhere Toga! As long as it's not out of the country."
