IT HAD BEEN A STORM RAGED DAY, when Lady Aemma Arryn went into labor. In the upcoming events prior to the lady's labor, it had already rained heavily on Dragonstone.
All signs boded well towards the worried lady, seeing as she already went through a few miscarriages, and the death of her late son. For she and the maesters were sure that all the heavy rain and storms were to bring forth a good ruler.
