"Y/n!! Y/n come on lets go for a hunt i'm bored and we need food!" Neteyam said as he shook my shoulders like a little kid, me and Teyam were always close. He could be himself around me and he would let his inner child go and I loved that. "Fine! but if Neytiri finds out we went out without permission she will skin us herself!" I said getting up from my current position to get our saddles for the ikran "Awoop!!! Awoop!" me and neteyam called our ikran to get them ready as they flew towards us "Hello Zakora.." I said petting her on the side of her neck (ikran) me and teyam both got ready and went off to hunt.

"woo!" I heard neteyam coo as a way to tell me someone was near that we weren't familiar of "shit" I said making Kora hide by hanging onto the side of a tree "What is it?" I asked looking at him hoping to get answers "Avatars, they don't look like us though" he said as we both looked down to find strange looking Na'vi, they had Cyan skin way lighter than ours and thick tails almost like a fin, and on their arms the had some weird detail to them. You grabbed your bow ready to shoot as you flew down and shot a tree next to them warning them of your presence, making your Ikran visible to them "oh no" you heard a girl say as you hung back onto the tree by neteyam "Y/n are you crazy?! if that hit one of them you'd be toast" Neteyam said giving me an concerned yet disappointed look "They're fine." I said looking back down to them as I saw them look around in fear "awoop!!! woo!" you called out hoping to get someone to hear you other then the unknown Na'vi under you

"Mother! y/n has gave us a signal!" Tuk ran to Neytiri and shook her "for god sakes, tuk stay here. Ma jake! Y/n has gave a signal" She said as she called for Seze and flew to where tuk originally pointed at followed by Jake, Lo'ak and Kiri. "Reef people..what are they doing here" Jake questioned before flying down in front of them followed by the rest "I see you Jake sully" Tonowari said as he did the sign of respect "Tonowari I see you" Jake replied returning the favor. "Woo" I heard Neytiri call as me and Neteyam flew down landing behind them, I grabbed my arrow from the tree and put it back into my pouch "We are sorry for our young one here, we saw her arrow if she frightened you we apologize on her behalf what brings you here?" Jake said giving me a glare "We seek shelter for our family. A great storm hit and our homes were destroyed" Tonowari continued, me and Neytiri walked around the clan inspecting them. One tall one in particular caught my eye as I grabbed his tail and he hissed at me making me return one "You are reef people, we are forest people your ways will mean nothing here" Jake said as he gave me and Neytiri a look to stop "We will learn your ways, please we need this urgently" He said with a more desperate tone. "seems like the ocean isn't always a beautiful thing" Jake said as he called me and Neytiri back, I stood by Lo'ak as he wrapped his arm around my waist. I didn't mind it, he was my soon to be mate and I felt ok with him touching me. "Tonowari and Ronal will stay with us! welcome them as family and treat their kids as brothers and sisters. They do not know the forest so they will need plenty of lessons. My daughter Y/n and Son Neteyam as well as my other kids will teach you our ways" he said pointing at us "but jake..why do I-" "It is decided" he ended with me hissing and being disturbed by the final choice "Follow me!" Neteyam said leading them to our hut as they did not have an Ikran yet

Once we got up we showed them where they would stay and they loved it. the girl Tsireya was more then happy to be in the forest, the other two boys seemed to be stressed or mad. "First off is hunting..me and Teyam couldn't finish so you will now come with us" I said looking at them with bow in my hand "you're the girl who shot an arrow at us!" said the tall one "that is me..do you have a problem fish boy?" I asked looking at him as he shook his head "come with me" I said walking to where the ikran would usually land "please pick your partner and get ready for their landing" I said clearing my throat as Tsireya and Ao'nung looked at me with a confused face "awoop! awoop!" I called Zakora and she came landing infront of me as Ao'nung and Tsireya backed up scared "don't be afraid..this is Zakora..she's beautiful isn't she" I asked smiling while petting her, "What is she?" Tsireya asked getting closer "She is an Ikran..or in other words a banshee" I looked at her amazed face as she stared at Zakora "you may touch her..just do not look into her eye" I grabbed her hand and made her softly pet her as Zakora softened up "Tsireya you will ride with me, Ao'nung with Neteyam and Rotxo with Lo'ak" I said making Tsaheylu (i dont know if thats how you spell it im so sorry😭) and jumping onto Kora.

I held my hand out trying to help Tsireya up as she sat behind me and wrapped her arms around my waist ready to take off "ya!!" Zakora started flying up shortly followed by Neteyam and Lo'ak "Woooo!!" I heard Tsireya say behind me having fun as We started doing flips and tricks and so much more so she could enjoy her first Ikran ride.

"That was insane!!!" Tsireya screamed with joy as we jumped off of Zakora "Your brother didn't do anything fun! you and Tsireya had all the fun" I heard Rotxo say as he slumped over like a baby "haha..here i'll give you a joy ride" I threw a fish to Zakora and jumped on making Tsaheylu again "come on" I said grabbing his arm and helping him up going for another joy ride just this time with Rotxo. After an hour we went back for dinner as I looked for Ao'nung "Hey fish boy you want a joy ride?" I asked him nudging his arm "No." he said not looking at me not even for a second "got it" I said walking away from him to Neytiri and Jake.

"I don't like him.." I heard lo'ak say behind me "who?" "That Ao'nung guy..he was giving you looks this entire time" he said looking at me "oh Lo'ak calm down! he's probably upset since he had to move to the forest after living in the ocean for so long" I said sitting down and eating my food in front of me.
