And just with that, there was a knocking on the door
"Who's that?" Dad asked as he looked up
"Girly no 😰" I said as dad got up and opened the door, but getting shoved out of the way by a wild Vance
"WASSUP MOTHERFUCKERS!" Vance yelled and smiled as dad walked away and the others walked inside
"PINBALL VANCE HOPPER!?" Gwen dramatically gasped
"Bitch who is you?-" Vance asked
"Good question, idk. I beat someone with a rock once •>•" Gwen said
"MY LONG LOST CHILD!" Vance yelled and put his arms in the air like a happy four year old
"OMG YES" Gwen screeched
"Mhm, beat someone with a rock and then got your ass beat" I said and rolled my eyes
"Bitch, you were the one being beat in the first place, I was helping" Gwen rolled her eyes in response
"WHAT!?" The others yelled
"What?-" Me and Gwen said in sync
"I was bullied, no big deal" I said
Vance opened his mouth to speak but I shushed him and changed the topic
The others sat down and chit chatted
"Ffffffiiiinnnnnnnnnnnnneeeeeyyyyyy" Gwen said
"Hm?" I asked as the room went quiet
"Do you still remember how to do the cup thinggggg" Gwen asked
"Yes I do, why are you asking" I said and got up and then sat on the floor next to Griffin
"Cuz I taught your son the lyrics and you shouldd do the cup part of itttt" Gwen stated
"Yeah okay" I said and rolled my eyes as she tossed me a cup
Gwen sat down where I was sitting and crossed her legs
"What cup thing?" Billy asked
"Watch, bitch" Gwen replied, Billy just crossed his arms
"You singing?" I asked Griffin
"Mhm!" Griffin replied
"You wanna start now?" I asked
"Yup!" Griffin replied again and smiled
"Mk" I said and set the cup upside down
I glanced over at Griffin again to see him still smiling and then started the ✨ f a n c y - c u p - t u r n i n g - t h i n g ✨
Griffin then started singing the words so the sound of the cup hitting the floor and his voice were at about the same tone
When he was done singing, I did the ✨ f a n c y - c u p - t u r n i n g - t h i n g ✨ for 4 more beats before stopping
Once I picked up the cup and looked up, everyone looked a m a z e d + s h o c k e d
"That was so cool!" Bruce said
"I know" Gwen said as she looked like a proud soccer mom
"How tf are you able to keep turning the cup so damn smoothly without messing up rhythms-" Vance asked
"Focused I guess" I said and got up
"Welp, it's been a little bit so I'mma go make lunch" I said
"I'll help!" Bruce offered and walked with me to the kitchen
