Will cant believe 2 of his childhood best friends leave him for their childhood bullies. One day in class the teacher announced new students and signals them to come in. Will realizes he recognizes the new students.
The Losers Club talked until they heard the bell ring. They hurriedly went to their next class. The next class was arts. Richie and Beverly had the same class as him so they both went there. Will was good at this class so he wasnt worried. Richie was the complete opposite. The teacher told them what to draw and gave them 40 minutes. "How the fuck will i do this in 40 minutes?" Richie asked as he sees Will already starting. He decided to calm down for once and started painting. The ending turned our pretty nice and decent. Richie was glad. "Thats a nice painting Richie!" Will says smiling softly. Will's looked magnificent. It was well detailed.
"Holy shit Will thats magnificent!!" Richie yelled as beverly nods. Beverly's painting looked slightly more decent than Richie as she was still doing some final touches. Will completely forgot that Mike was in the same class. He was eyeing them half of the time. Will didn't even know he was there since he hasn't looked behind him yet. Richie took unnoticable glances at Mike. He went to Will's ear before whispering "That Mike keeps looking at us." Richie says as Will laughs. "Guys im done!!" Beverly yells at the two as they look at her painting. "Thats really good Bev!" Will says admiring the painting. "Thanks Will The Wise!" Beverly says giggling. "Will has a purpose for that name bc he is the smartest out of us all!" Richie says confidently. "Theres 5 minutes left, what do you guys wanna do after school?" Will asks them.
"Lets go by that river you always talked about!" Richie says. Meanwhile, Mike was listening to all of it. River? The one me and Will used to go to? He thought. "Oh yea sure! Its really pretty there. We could have a picnic there!" Will says happily. Richie smiles "Yea! You can finally eat!" Richie says quietly not eanting anyone to hear except for Will and Beverly. Beverly nods. "Alright then!" Will smiles. Making Richie slightly blush. In Richies mind, Will is the most beautiful person in the state. He was kind, selfless and really really pretty. "Okay guys times up! Pass your paintings over to me!" The art teacher suddenly says making Richie flinch.
After school
Beverly got a B+, Richie got a B and of course, Will got a A+. They were all content with it. They all combined their leftover money for food. They then went to the river they were talking about.

"This is a beautiful spot Will!" Beverly says amazed. They picked a spot to settle on and sat down. Will didnt even notice the party spying on them. "Will has been close with them. Maybe their his friends in Lenora?" Lucas whispered. "Maybe. They seem really close..." Dustin whispered back. The three got together just to see Will. They couldn't hear what they were saying. All they see is Will laughing. "When was the last time Will laughed with us?" Mike whispered. Everyone was silent. "1984.." They all said in sync. "Shit.. we've been bad friends." Lucas said quietly as everyone agreed.
