I pulled up in front of the mansion where the party was being held I quickly stepped out of the car placed my car key into the valet hand made my way over to her side and opened the car door while helping her out of the car
I closed the car door while leading her towards the entrance hearing the camera flashing along with a clicking noise "Hey who is this lovely lady with you this time" the photographer said while snapping more pictures
I watched two dudes stand in front of the door and then hold the double doors open I walked into the party with Ingrid right beside me as soon as we walked "Wow this interior is gorgeous asfucc" she said
I looked over at her with a smirk a huge smirk plastered on my face while taking my time to check her outfit giving her ass a quick squeeze "Stop Devon we are in a public place chill out" she said while looking at me with her pink cheeks
I laughed slightly while biting down on my lip placing my hand on her lower back and walking her over towards the bar "Hey let me get a scotch on the rocks and let my girl have sex on the beach" I said while looking over at the bartender he quickly nods his head while preparing our drinks
he sits our drinks in front of us I grab my drink taking a couple of sips while watching her take some sips from her drink "Oh hello Devon I didn't think you would come to be honest" I heard somebody say behind me I turn around while placing my empty glass down I sigh heavily while rolling my eyes highly annoyed while looking at the people forming a small circle around me
"oh yeah I wasn't gonna come but I reconsidered because of somebody," I said while looking over at her and tightening my grip against her "Oh my who is this beautiful woman you have with you" random said she turned around while leaning over towards me while greeting him "hello I'm Ingrid Wells nice to meet you" she said lowly while looking down at the floor
"oh yeah Devon and who is this unknown bitch you brought to this party" I heard this familiar voice I turned my head towards the sound of the familiar voice while widening my eyes I sighed heavily while looking at her with a worried expression on her face while her whole body tense up I lowered my head towards her ear feeling her body shake a little bit "baby calm down I'm here with you no need to panic I got you, baby," I said while placing a kiss against her temple
I watched her breathing nice and steadily she looks up at me with a huge smile "Thank you baby" she said while looking away "Oh hey Ingrid how have you been" the random dude said I turned my gaze towards him while looking him up and down while raising my eyebrow "who the fuck is you" I said slightly confused
he had this devilish smirk on his face "Oh she didn't tell you I'm her ex-boyfriend Malik" he said while wrapping his arm around Scarlett's waist "So Devon you weren't gonna introduce me to your little friend" Scarlett said while looking directly at Ingrid
"I'm about to go talk to some people don't wander off," I said while kissing her on her forehead I turned around and faced the two clowns in front of me
I placed my hand on his shoulder giving his shoulder a tight squeeze "After this don't ever in your fucking life show your face in front of me or my girl again right" I said while looking at him with a smirk on my face while patting him on her shoulder
I pushed both of them out my face turned around walked back up towards Ingrid and wrapped my arm around her waist pulling her closer to me while looking her in her eyes "What's the matter" I said she looked up at me with a worried expression written all over her face
"oh nothing I just really don't like being in crowded places," she said while leaning her head up against my chest "Well then let me take you home if you feel uncomfortable here," I said while looking down at her
"no it's fine I don't wanna ruin your mood it's fine really I'll stay if you want you," she said while smiling slightly I wrapped my arm around her waist and walked through the crowd while making my way towards the exit while pushing through the double doors and right outside the party I look over at the valet nodding my head while walking him run off towards the parking lots
while patiently waiting for him I heard her say "I had a great time tonight by the way so thank you" She said
"no problem baby," I said watching my car pull up in front of us he hopped out of the car tossed me my keys, and helped her into the car while walking over to the driver's side climbing in, and quickly pulling off driving her home while placing my right hand on her thigh giving it a tight squeeze "so when are you gonna properly gonna ask me to be your girlfriend Devon" she said while eyeing me up and down
damn that was the most unexpected and surprising question she ever asked me all day "Well would you be my girlfriend" I said while pulling up in front of her house while looking over at her with a huge smile on her face
"damn took you long enough and I would love to be your girlfriend, Devon," she said while climbing out of my car I got out of my car after her and walked over towards her and stood in front of her, and leaned over towards her placing a huge kiss against her lip while smirking watching her walk towards her front door while watching her disappear into her house
I pull my phone out of my pocket sending a quick text to my hacker saying "Aye I need information on somebody named Malik NOW ASAP" I sent the message and slid my phone back into my pocket and made my back towards my car and hopped in and drove off "I'm not about to let nobody ruin my fucking relationship" I said while licking my lips
