"Over here sir."
Jungwon made his way over to the table and bowed at the two men while taking their orders. It was a busy day for a first day but he was managing well. He was managing so well and Jay could see it.
Something about Jungwon made Jay more curious about him. Maybe it was his fierceness or his determination? Maybe it was just his attitude? He wasn't sure but it made Jay feel something he never felt before, interested.
Jay stood and watched Jungwon serve the whole morning and not one mistake was made by the younger which left Jay very impressed.
Jungwon, on the other hand, was feeling very pressured with Jay watching his every move. Was he trying to catch Jungwon slip up? Do something to get him fired? He didn't know what the reason was but it was getting annoying.
Building up the courage, he decided to confront his 'boss' about it to see what the problem was since it was uncomfortable like last time when he wouldn't stop staring.
"Jay?"
"Yes?"
"Is there a reason why you are watching my every move?"
Jay wasn't sure how to respond since he wasn't expecting that kind of question.
"No. I'm just observing to see how you work. That's all."
"Well could you maybe not look so hard? It's making me nervous."
"Oh. Sorry. Uh..yeah..I won't stare.."
"Thanks."
Jungwon wanted to be more open, but after the first time they met to now, with how everything was laid out between the two, he couldn't mess anything up.
"Well...I'll get back to work now."
With that, Jungwon quickly walked away and began to clean up the empty table while Jay made his way to the kitchen.
This was gonna be a long and awkward work day.

"You've got a talent for this Sunoo."
Sunoo smiled, taking in the compliment from his very handsome boss.
When they met up last week, Sunoo was struck by how good looking Sunghoon was that he wanted the job SO badly. Just so he could see this man everyday.
"Thank goodness a friend of mine recommended you to me. Your bouquets are so beautiful. Just like you."
When the sentence kicked in, Sunoo choked and began coughing really hard. He was definitely flustered by what Sunghoon had said since it was a boss and employee kinda relationship they had right now.
Sunoo wasn't sure if this was going to be one of those creepy boss instances but since Sunghoon was fine as hell, he didn't have a problem with it at the moment.
"T-thank you.."
Sunghoon flashed a smile and it instantly killed Sunoo. His cute little fangs, his dimple, his eye smile, even his little low giggle. All of it was cute. This was the moment Sunoo felt like he found his soulmate.
His face turned pink and a large smile was created and that made Sunghoon's heart race a bit.
Sunoo was cute. Cuter than Jake even. The audacity he had to say that but it was true. To him at least.
Sunoo gave him a rush that Jake didn't and it made Sunghoon feel shy for the first time. The younger's smile was so gorgeous and his cheeks were the squishiest things ever that it made Sunghoon wanna poke them.
"Uh, h-how about you use these forget-me-not's?"
Sunghoon walked to the back and brought out a large bucket of the lovely blue flowers and set them on the prep table.
"Wow! They're so gorgeous!"
Sunoo's eyes sparkled and Sunghoon noticed it, making him smile with fondness for the younger.
Doing something out of character, he took a small stem and pushed Sunoo's hair out of the way, placing the small blue flower behind his ear.
"It looks even prettier on you."
Sunoo's heart was beyond beating fast. It was flat lining. Whatever Sunghoon just did, killed him instantly.
In Sunoo's years of living, this was the first time someone had done something so romantic like this.
"The blue color really compliments the pink in your hair and cheeks."
"T-Thank y-you...."
Sunoo was beyond shy now. It was his first day on the job and he was already falling in love with his boss. What a dream.
This was the complete opposite of what Jungwon was feeling. But yet, the universe wanted this. It was all a matter of how they played their cards.
-
Sunoo pulled open the door to Jungwon's truck and plopped himself into the seat. From the looks of it, he was beyond flustered and Jungwon could feel it.
"You look like you had a fun day."
Jungwon started the car and sighed while leaving the parking lot. Not before making eye contact with Jay, same as Sunoo with Sunghoon.
Sunghoon waved at the flustered peach farmer and Sunoo shyly waved back.
Jungwon noticed that and glanced at his friend, noticing the small blue flower behind his ear.
"Oh no.."
"What?"
Sunoo tried to contain his smile while picking at his nail.
"Don't tell me you and him are flirting."
"N-no! It's not like that.."
Jungwon scoffed. By the sound of Sunoo's voice, he definitely knew Sunoo was letting himself fall for the tricks of a sly fox.
"Don't fall for it. As a cat, I sense evil from him."
Sunoo rolled his eyes.
"I told you. It's not like that. Plus, you and Jay are flirting too so I'm not the only one."
"One, Jay and I? Not flirting what so ever. Two, you just admitted you two were flirting."
Sunoo just sent Jungwon a deathly side eye and made an annoyed face. But then he thought back to Sunghoon's smile and it made him smile again.
He couldn't wait for tomorrow while Jungwon on the other hand, couldn't wait until his day off.
