'Irregularities must be hidden from
the public to avoid mass panic. They
have to be locked away and treated to
prevent any mishaps.'

St Mary's Detention Institution is a place
to bring those you love who display
signs of abnormal behaviour - irregularities
if you will. They will be well taken care of
here and rest assured all are treated like
family by the staff.

Upon arrival an assessment will be undertaken
to determine the level of care they require:

Level 1: the most basic of care given. many of
these patients will have free range of the
institution and the ability to live their
days how they wish within the confines of their schedule and with limited contact.

Level 2: this level receives the same amount
of freedoms but the patient will be placed
under 24 hour surveillance.

Level 3: the patient has no free liberties and
can only use any of the outside facilities
or the canteen if escorted, otherwise
they are to remain in their room.

Level 4: the patient must remain in their
room except for visitation. Meals will be
taken to them and any entertainment
will be provided for them.

Level 5: the patient will not come into any
direct contact with any staff members. Their
doors will remain locked and anything will
be given to them through a slit in the door.
Visitation is not permitted and if they need
to be moved they will be restrained and
sedated.

All patients upon arrival shall be placed
in level 2 for their week long assessment
and will be placed in the right level for
them after this assessment period.

Lower level patients are also given the
opportunity to work with higher level
patients if their irregularities negate
the other's.

We thank you for your trust and hope we can
provide your loved ones with the care they
need.

Rules:

001: please be nice. do not pester me or anything i'm about to do alevels so I don't have as much free time
002: this isn't so much a rule but context. when thinking of 'irregularities' it is similar to miss peregrines' home for peculiar children
003: be detailed with your form. it gives me more depth to work with and it also increases your chance of being chosen.
004: organisation is key. keep forms to one comment thread. it makes it so much easier to read and navigate
005: this is set in Victorian England, so keep the historical context in mind when creating your ocs.
006: I may ask for ways to communicate with you (nothing further than discord), so be aware, though I am happy to use wattpad messaging too.
007: keep faceclaims close to age. most are adults but its odd for someone who looks incredibly old to play someone incredibly young
008: you must be active if you are chosen. no ghost readers it is demotivating and i'll end up killing your character off :)
009: this isn't first come first serve, so don't be afraid to use a power the same as someone else, though the more unique the better. if you aren't chosen your oc might still pop ip as a secondary character
010: password is to follow me and to say what your power would be if you had one
