First Person POV - Koneko
I fell to my knees at Denis's lifeless corpse. What kind of monster would do this? Sure, I wasn't very close to Denis, but...just the death of someone, especially a friend, even if we weren't close...it was a horrible experience.

I moved over next to Albert, who was crying. We were pretty close friends, and we always have been. So I felt bad for Albert. His best friend—one of them, anyways—was just brutally murdered, right in front of him, too.

Both me and Albert sat in silence next to Denis's body. Neither of us dared speak. I was still in shock. I couldn't believe this had happened. And I think Albert was going through a lot worse with his emotions.

What kinda of sick, psycho of a person would do this?!

First Person POV - Ominous
"TRAITOR!" I accused, glaring at Russo. Russo simply just smiled and tossed his knife from one hand to the other. Tears formed in my eyes as I thought about all the destruction Russo had caused.

Kreek put a hand on my shoulder just as I was about to furiously charge at Russo. I paused and turned around to face Kreek, who shook his head.

"Now is not the time," Kreek told me. "He has a weapon, you don't."

"Obviously," TanqR scoffed. "If anyone tried to attack Russo right now, they'd end up dead. Except for me."

"As if you'd be able to do any more than I can." Kreek muttered, rolling his eyes.

Suddenly, Russo spun around and ran out of the room. I immediately gave chase. Luckily, I had backup; both Kreek and TanqR followed. Yet we had more unwanted company following us as well, little did I know.

I began to fall behind, both RB Battles champions having the ability to run a lot faster than I could. Kreek fell behind with me, but I could tell it was on purpose. He was trying not to leave me behind, which, don't get me wrong, I was grateful for, but I knew that he should go catch up to Russo.

"Kreek, go...ahead!" I gasped out, almost out of breath.

"Are you sure?" Kreek asked worriedly. I nodded and gave him a small push. Kreek picked up the speed and ran ahead, most likely catching up to his rival, who hadn't slowed down at all to make sure I was okay. To be fair, I didn't know TanqR that well, so I didn't expect him to care about me.

I ended up slowing down even more, which is when he took action. I suddenly felt something hard—metal?—slam into me, knocking me over. I fell roughly to the ground. I felt hands hold me down by my shoulders, and when I looked up, I immediately recognized the person pinning me down. It was Lego. Except he was...infected, I think—that's what Kreek called it earlier.

Lego's eyes had fully been taken over by black, the only exceptions being his one green, glowing pupil, and his other glowing, red pupil. My own eyes widened at this. Before I could react, I received a punch to the head. I winced as splitting pain exploded from within my head. Dang, that hurt...quite a lot.

I shoved Lego off of me, but because I didn't have enough time to scramble to my feet, I tried to rapidly crawl away. I just barely avoided my head turning to ash as Lego fired his flickering, somewhat-broken repulser at me. My heart pounded faster as I realized how life-threatening this situation was.

I pushed myself up and started running, away from Lego and his deadly, flickering repulser. I was flung off-balance as something exploded right next to me on the ground. Lego had fired his repulser again, but luckily, he had missed—just barely. I immediately got up again, but Lego was relentless, chasing after me—well, more of flying after me using his Iron Man suit.

I glanced behind me, noticing Lego getting closer and closer. Closer, closer, closer...

And now, suddenly, Lego tackled me once more. My head smashed into the floor, causing black spots to cross over my vision. Everything was blurry...everything was messed up...it was all dark, I couldn't see a single thing...no emotion came over me, not fear, not anger, not terror nor horror.

I faded back into consciousness and gasped. I was laying on the floor. Lego was gone. It strained me to move, but I managed to turn my head to look over at my shaking, bloody hands. Wait, bloody?! I took a shaky breath. It was becoming difficult to breathe. I noticed that I had blood pouring out of me. Extreme pain overcame me, and I could hardly prevent myself from passing out right there and then. I shoved myself upwards with my least-injured arm, managing to lay against the wall. My vision faded in and out, before I took my last breath.
