Inside the cave Dr. Mae Turner works hard at analysing the stuff from the white cube while the others play cards Y/N smirks with the hand he has when Kenji turned around.
"Mae, I need your help?" he asked Mae
"Yes" Mae said
Kenji examined his hand "Does a full hand beat four of a kind?" he asked her
Mae chuckled "Uh-uh. Sorry, Kenji. Not today, not ever"
"Aw man!" Kenji slammed the hand down frustrated
"Boom!" Darius shouted slamming down his hand looking quite smug
Y/N smirks and slammed down his hand "Read them and weep" he said beating any of the others doing an early celebration dance.
"Don't mean to interrupt all the fun, but if anyone wants to round up some chestnuts from the forest , I make a pretty mean soup" Mae said
"I'll go it's getting kinda boring beating these guys" just as Yaz said that she sets down her hand and it trumps everyone's
The gang all complained about losing once again starting up a new game while Yasmina went out to collect the chestnuts, Yasmina admires the waterfall walking through the jungle collecting what she can.
"Huh?"
Yasmina was confused to find her journal on the ground the one she used to draw in finding the drawings "How did this get here?" she thought flipping through the pages. She gaps seeing the drawing she did of her mother.
"I miss you. Mom" she said to herself
The roar of a dinosaur gets her attention from the right the Indominus Rex emerges from behind a tree she stood there in fear as past dinosaurs such as Toro and the Scorpios Rex all descended on her.
Yasmina(Pov)
I gasped loudly waking up realising it was just another nightmare wiping my head from sweat taking a look around to see my friends were all asleep.
"You okay, Love?" Mae asked
"Huh? Oh, Yeah. I'm good" i responded trying to keep up a tough façade
Mae turned in her chair "I only ask because you gasped loudly and dropped my tablet to floor then startled awake" she said concerned
I chuckled picking up the tablet "Sorry" i told her putting it down.
Mae patted me on the shoulder "Your friend Y/N woke up earlier seems to me like he suffered a nightmare, He's outside if you want to go see him" she told me which made me kinda feel better i just nodded making my way over to the exit making sure to not wake the others.
I did noticed something, Brooklynn is sleeping with Y/N's hoodie on top of her it was cute the way he would do anything for her and everyone else wasn't the same guy any of us met on the first day.

I put on my shirt feeling better after taking that quick shower tying my shoes up i heard the cave door open looking to see Yaz exit she looked distraught like something is troubling her. Yaz put on a fake smile upon seeing me.
"Hey" she said
"Sup" i responded looking at the waterfall
"What you doing?" Yaz asked me crossing her arms
I took a look at her facial expression "I couldn't sleep so i just came out to relax for a bit" i told her clipping my watch on
Yaz grew a smirk "I saw what you did with your hoodie" she said still at me about liking Brooklynn
