"I'll see you on the island later dont worry" i wispered to luffy giving him a bright smile as he pouted about me leaving already.
"but you just got here" he pouted again.
i sighed, then thought to myself, it felt like a light bulb just lit up in my head, i walked over to luffy, he looked at me with confusion, i stood on my tiptoes and gave him a peck on the cheek, then backed up.
he froze, his eyes widdened, his mouth opened out of suprise.
it has always been normal for me to kiss him on the cheek, but its been so long since i've seen him, i'm sure we were both suprised,
"you can wait....can't you luffy?" i asked with a small smile, pink dusting my cheeks.
"...y-yeah" he said as his hand went up to his cheek, a dark pink dusting his cheeks
i slowly walked up to the railing looked over my shoulder and smiled to luffy, he smiled back, i jumped over the railing onto the dock, then looked up to see him leaning on the railing smiling at me..

as i was walking around alabasta i noticed a certain male, i walked up to him and tapped his shoulder.
he turned around then smiled "Y/n! its so good to see you!" he beamed
"hi brother how are you?" i asked quietly with a smile.
"great! hey did you know luffy left the island? he set out for sea a few months ago" he said as he started walking.
"yeah actually i just saw him about half an hour ago" i started walking with him.
he stopped walking so i looked over my shoulder, "what? why did you stop?" i asked
grabbing my shoulders he replied, "are you ever gonna tell him! i mean come on! if you dont tell him i will for you! it's like you haven't even changed since the day i met you!"
yes he did just yell at me, but he didn't mean it in a rude way
"what are you talking about? tell him what?" i asked confused.
"your acting the same as always!" he shouted, scaring a few people in the process, he sighed " ok since you are acting like you don't know what i'm talking about i might as well tell you" he said calmly.
"it's clear that you like him even if you don't want to admit it! you can't play dumb anymore! come on just say you like him!"
ace was a bit of a shipper of sorts he often would tease me or luffy when we hung out, of course sabo would hit him over the head for being annoying then lecture him about leaving us alone.
