part 17. little bit of life

Guys I swear these last few weeks are flying by, and this book has grow so much in the last few months.

Thank you to every reader, especially the select few that voted on certain chapters, I really appreciate you guys.

Life in this medieval type of city had been fairly nice, I cant complain about anything

Its quiet, calming, and just overall perfect here

And about the shop, it's coming together, but not quite ready to open up

Mira, shima and northa would stop by here and there to see how I was doing, they also helped set up several parts of the shop

Of course when mira would stop by, it was either just her or shima would come with her, shima can't come all alone, she's still to young

Northa would stop by to see if I was happy with the place, and to see if I have any problems or any broken things that needed to be fixed up.

'I should stop by a furniture store sometime today' I thought

Right now I was setting up a crystal display, it was going to have crystals and jems from all around the grand line, maybe even from my home sea, the east blue

I had alot of other displays as well, theres figurines, strange fruits/vegetables, and so many other things as well

Obliviously the fruits and vegetables aren't on display yet, they're going to be up when I open up shop

'Ok there we go, finally finished' I stretch 'now would probably be a good time to go to the market'

I grab my bag, after I'm outside my house, I lock the front doors, grab my cart that sits next to my house, then head in the direction of the market

The markets a pretty loud place at this time of day, it's the afternoon, everybody's getting off work.

Looking around, I feel kinda small, kinda like how a child would feel in a large crowd of adults

I look for the nearest furniture store, I really need a table for the shop, and couches for my house

Up ahead I finally spot one 'yes!' I cheered in my mind

I slowly make my way over, the shop didnt have a name, just a sign that had furniture on it

I set my cart off to the side, somewhere it wouldn't be stolen, not like anybody would steal it anyways, but hey can never be to careful

When I walked in I was greeted by an employee working the counter, "good afternoon, is there anything I can help you with?" The man at the counter asked

"Actually yeah, is there any couches? I also need a small table please" I asked while looking at the shop

"Yep, just follow me" he walked around the counter, then headed in a different direction

I followed him "would any of these work?" he asked as he showed me some of the couches they have for sale

I look at each one carefully, there was a nice black leather one, a comfy light bray one, and a brown one, each were decent price, not to expensive

"How about that one" I pointed to the one I wanted

(I'm letting you guys pick which one you want)

"Nice choice, theres also a matching love seat, I can give them both to you for 10% off" he smiled

"Oh sure, yeah that would work, thank you" I smiled back

"Great! Ok then let me show you the tables" he said as he walked off

I followed again "I think you'll like these" he pointed to several small tables

"Oh wow" these tables had really nice designs

(This time you guys imagine how you would want your table to look)

"ill take that one please" I pointed to the one I wanted

"Alrighty, is there anything else you want?" He kindly asked, he was writing down what I had asked for

"No thank you" I said

"Ok then, do you want these delivered, or can you take them now?" He asked

"Delivered please" I replied

"Sounds good.....ok follow me to the counter please" he said as he walked off

When we got back to the front counter he had me sign some things, give the address I wanted them delivered to, and pay

"Have a nice day" he smiled while waving at me

"You too" I waved back

'Now to find the crafts shop'

'Look to the left, look to the right, any crafts shops? No'

I decided to just walk into the more busy streets sense that's where theres more shops

'Crafts shop....where would tha- oh right there' I thought

I went over to the small craft shop, I really didn't need much just some simple things to help lighten up my shop

The guy running the place was really nice, he offered to give me a discount, he also gave me his den den mushi number, in case I ever needed anything

The rest of the day went like this, I would go to shops in need of something, then come out with more then needed, due to good deals and several men offering to give me discounts

I ran into mira while I was out aswell, shima was with her, and boy was she a cute little blushing mess

I said hi to them, then moved on, I still needed to unpack everything I just bought, so I headed home

Hi guys, for anyone confused, we are still in the alabasta ark, I just needed a break from that, I couldn't get enough inspiration to write about it

Also yes, the men in the market were very much so hitting on you, but in a more polite way and also in a more subtle way
