One of my online friends told me to make some before and after pictures and I did it, which made my perspective of how I look even worse haha ...

Sigh...

My goal has to be reached in July. I have to wear a dress after a loooooong time for my cousins wedding and my prom 😪

That means:
around 7-10 kg in 5-6 months
so: 1-2 kg per month
sounds okay actually 🤔

I'll try to stick to my dance workout until the last week of this month since I have a wisdom teeth surgery and can't do heavy workouts for a week. (I also can't eat properly that week so I guess it's okay for not working out 1 week.)
After that I'll continue as planned

I don't plan on dieting (extreme) I'll try my best to eat smaller portions and keep myself from snacking

I'll make a weekly or monthly update depending on my schedule and results
