Suki POV:

I was pretty sad today was my birthday and i had wanted to celebrate with sokka but he's been busy with everything going on after the war and me? I've been here at the fire nation as a bodyguard for zuko , i get up and go to the bathroom i changed and started applying my makeup after i was done i left my room and started working , a few hours later i bumped into mai zuko's girlfriend and my friend , she looked at me and asked me what was wrong, i quickly replied saying it was nothing altho i knew it was because i missed sokka, i was walking around making sure everything is ok when ty lee came and said that zuko wanted me in his throne room so i went there i knocked and went in

I bowed and said 'yes firelord zuko ty lee said u wanted to talk to me?'

Suki what have i said about calling me firelord and bowing?

About what i wanted to talk to you about they need you outside the palace

Sure.

I left and made my way outside then i saw sokka .

'SOKKA' i screamed tearing up as i run to hug him

Hey suki, i missed you, he said while hugging me back

What are you doing here aren't you busy with everything going on? I asked him

yea , but today is your birthday so i made time . he replied

H-how?, you remembered . i said while crying

Yea and i have a surprise for you . he said

I looked at him with a confused expression

Just follow me, he said, i reluctantly nodded

He extended his hand, i took his hand and walked with him

So.., what's the surprise? I asked

It's not a surprise if i tell you , sokka replied

30 MINUTES LATER...

We have been walking forever when are we getting there

He guided me to a blanket and sat me down then he removed his hands

I slowly opened my eyes and realized he had set up a picnic at my favorite place in the fire nation a beautiful flower field .

I sat there looking at him speechless and shocked

Do you like it ?, he asked nervously

Y-yes , i love it, i said while getting closer to him i gave him a kiss and snuggled into his chest
