when the car stops, hana opens the door.
"i'll see you soon. take a good rest," said manager kim.
"okay. you take a good rest, too," hana chuckled.
"alright. see you," manager kim said.
"see ya," she replied before hana closed the car door.
"eomma!" she heard cho-reum's voice.
hana grinned when she saw cho-reum running towards her and hugging her tightly.
"hi, darling. how are you?" hana asked her.
"i'm good! we all missed you," cho-reum said while holding hana's hand, and they walked into the house.
"aw, i missed you all too. how's everyone?" hana asked.
"everyone's fine. except for shin-hye," cho-reum said, and hana raised her eyebrows, confused.
"what's up with her?" hana asked.
cho-reum shrugged, "dad says it's puberty."
hana snorted and nodded, "yeah."
hana and cho-reum walked into the living room and saw that all the kids were in the living room. johnny was standing up, looking at shin-hye.
"hi, everyone..." hana said softly while putting her bag on the couch.
"hi," johnny said in a monotone.
hana looked around and noticed shin-hye was sitting with her hands folded. she looked like she was upset.
"what's going on?" hana asked while standing behind the couch where dong-won and hye-joon were sitting.
"shin-hye skipped school, went to karaoke with friends, went drinking, and just came home this morning," dong-won said.
"oh, shut up! you don't know anything!" shin-hye suddenly shouted.
hana was stunned.
"oh, well, i know where you were! i warned you about the consequences of your actions!" dong-won shouted back.
hana looked at johnny, and johnny looked her back with a defeated look.
"your grades are dropping, and people talking about how bad you are in school! you're a bully! do you think we won't know about it!?" dong-won shouted again.
"that's not true! i'm not a bully! they were the ones who bullied me first! i defended myself!" shin-hye shouted back. hana was confused at all that was happening since it was her first time returning home after a few weeks of traveling for work.
