(Y/N)'s POV

"Hey (Y/N)! Come on out and see this!"

I had threw my shoes on and ran outside as Mel called me. We were in Japan for a month, and we were researching on the animals there. I came outside with the others to see a family of red pandas in a tree. "Oh my God they're so cute!" Mel squealed as she bounced up and down. "Yeah, it's so adorable!" I say, looking at the mammal family eat. I had noticed Chris's Kratt, the older of the brothers, stand close enough to the edge of the Tortuga and one of the baby pandas hopped onto his arm. "Hey there little guy!" He said with a smile. I seemed to just focus on him now, spacing out. His brown hair, brown eyes, slim (but still muscular somewhat) body, and that voice...God his voice...

"Hey (Y/N)! You ok over here?"

I snapped out of my space and saw the others look at me. My face started to burn up as I blinked and sheepishly rubbed that back of my neck. "Oh! Sorry, spaced out a little there, heh..." I apologized. "You feel mighty hot, not feeling well?" She asked as she put her hand on my head. "No! I'm fine! Thanks for asking!" I squeaked. Mel smiled and leaned closer to me. "It was Chris wasn't it~?" She whispered before walking away. I huffed and followed her. "N-no! It wasn't!" "Oh yes it was~. I saw the way you looked!" She said with a sly smirk. "Yeah, I noticed too!" Koki said as she walked by me. "Koki, it's not-" "Even I saw it, you can't escape this one!" Koki laughed. My face felt like it was on fire from how much I was blushing. I had sat down in one of the many chairs in the computer room, sighing and picking up a book I was reading. I heard footsteps as the others came in, but there was one pair that seemed to be getting closer to me.

"I saw your little stunt. He's mine, don't even think of trying it!"

I paused reading, not moving a inch. Aviva leaned up from me and smiled. "Alright everyone! We have some red pandas to watch! We can separate into groups! Chris! You get first choice!" She said happily. "Ok! Well I choose Jay Z!" He said. "And I'll choose Mel!" Martin said. Mel walked up to him and interlaced her hand with his. "Chris! Another choice!" Aviva said as she had stuck her chest out a little more. "I choose..." He didn't say anything for a moment, and Aviva pushed me down more in my seat, beaming at him. "(Y/N)!" My head shot up as I smiled. Aviva looked pissed and snatched me when I got up. "Are you sure about this?" She asked, trying to not look suspicious. "Of course! She's my friend!" My heart seemed to break a little when he said "friend" but I held the smile on my face, not willing to look upset. I tugged myself from her grip and walked over to Chris happily. I saw the anger in her eyes and she was staring through me. "Well let me join you!" She said as she went over and clinged onto Chris's arm. "Well I'll be with these two then!" Koki said as she walked over to the other group. "Awesome! Let's get ready!" She said before dragging Chris with her. When they exited, I sighed and plopped down in the chair, putting my face in my hands. "Hey, what's up?" Mel said, sitting across from me. "Aviva! She hates me! She literally told me not to even think about trying to get close to him!" I complained.

"That bitch is gonna make me spazz..."

I look up and see Mel with a hand on her chin. "If she's gonna be this way, she isn't fit for the team, right? I mean, it makes sense! She messed up your creature power suit so that way you and Chris would get separated that one time." "And how she 'accidentally' spilled fruit punch on your new dress and it stained." "And how she...oh damn!" Mel stopped. She started bouncing in place. "We boutta fight a bitch! Ooo hoo hoo we boutta fight a bitch!" She said hyped up. "Fucking knock her ass some new teeth! Break a nose or some shit!" She stated while throwing punches. Martin had caught her hands and pulled her closer to him. "We're not fighting, Mel." "Awww! I wanted to fight!" She whined. "I know, but what's that gonna do?" Martin patted her head. She mumbled as I smiled. "Thanks for trying, though..." I say quietly. "You need to go for it! Remember what I said? I get Martin and you get Chris! And if she tries to do something, I'll be right there to make sure she doesn't!" She said confidently. "We believe in you! Don't worry about a thing!" Martin ruffled my hair. I giggled and swatted his hand away, fixing my hair. "Thanks guys, you are all very supportive!"

"We're ready! Let's get going! Oh, also, Koki! Can you change places with (Y/N)?"

We all stared at her and we seemed to be shocked. "Why would you want to do that...?" Koki asked. "Because! Two smart people is better than one! And I can need your help for something!" "You can just call me if you need help." Koki said bluntly. Aviva looked at her with a look that said "come on and help me!". "I think I'm good...thanks!" She said before turning away. "Martin! It can be the three of us!" "I want to be with my girlfriend though! I want to show her some really cool things..." "Someone else can take your place!" "Nope, not leaving!" Aviva was looking a little irritated now, her hands clenching. "Jimmy! Will you-" "Nope! I actually have to stay on to watch the Tortuga so I need to be here!" He said before sitting in his chair. "Mel-" "I would like to decline! I like being in my group!" Mel smirked. "Let's just get going!" I say as I lead the way out of the Tortuga.

We separated into our groups and I walked behind Aviva and Chris. Aviva seemed to be dragging Chris by the arm, laughing and getting extremely close to him. I sighed to myself and felt my phone buzz. "She being a hoe?" Mel texted me. I took a quick picture and sent it, replying with "She's already at work...". "Hoes don't know when to quit, do they? Lmao" I laughed a little and Aviva turned back to glare at me. "I laughed at what you said and Aviva looked at me like me speaking or making a noise is ruining her 'date' or some shit" I texted. "If anything she's ruining that shit for herself!" Mel replied. I put my phone away after that and then my communicator made a noise. "Hey guys-!" Mel was cut off by Aviva. "Go away, I'm busy!" "Busy being what?! Being a bi-" Aviva hung up on Mel and Martin came on next but he seemed a little distressed. "Uh, guys, I've been kidnapped by Chef Gourmand...he also took some red pandas..." "That's what I was calling to tell you about before you decided to be a bitch and hang up on me, asshole!" Mel said, coming back on. "Ugh! You are so fucking annoying!" Aviva shouted. "Hey that's not nice! We have to go save Martin!" Chris said, throwing his creature suit on. "I was supposed to be spending time with you with NO DISRUPTIONS..." She looked at me then turned back to him. "And now we have to go save you idiot brother?! Mel should keep a eye on him!" She said angrily. "Now you listen here you bitch-" "Guys-"

"ENOUGH!"

Everyone looked at me as I breathed. "Mel! I get how you feel, I do! I've been tired and I just can't find the words, damn it!" I said, clenching my fists. "Tell this hoe what's up then! No more bossing you around!" Everyone was waiting now, waiting for me to say something. "Chris, what I really wanted to tell you is, is that I like you, a lot. I haven't been able to tell you because Aviva threatened to make me disappear if I ever told you." I said. Chris looked shocked and turned to Aviva, who was glaring at me. "Aviva, you have been threatening me, for a very long time. I didn't even breathe in his direction and you told me you'd call a villain to come and take me away. You have even done things on purpose to get rid of me, like pour juice on my clothes or alter my suit to make me turn into something and delay fixing it. My communicator doesn't even work because you shut it down in the middle of the woods so I can't find my way home! But I'm sick or your shit! I like this man and you want me pretty much dead! When will you stop this, when I actually die?!" I finished. Aviva looked up at him and tried to grab on him but he tugged away and walked up to me. I got nervous and blushed when he grabbed my hands. "I like you too. I love you, actually..." He said. I stood in shock, and he smiled. "I..." He leaned down and kissed me, making Aviva look pissed as Martin and the others cheered. "You're mine now, ok?" "Always!" I chirp. "That's awesome! But uhh...can SOMEONE PLEASE HELP?!" Martin said. "Oh, yeah! Let's get going!
