Chapter 6

Scene: Lift

Shaurya - God!! yeh toh lift bech mein ruk gayi.

Anokhi - main dekhti hoon.
(makes a call) Dev lift kaise ruk gai.

Dev - Mam lagta hai kuch fault lagta hai. Mai dekh ke batata hoon.

Anokhi - Hmm jaldi karo.( disconnected call). Woh mr. Saberwal maine abhi liftman se baat ki hai woh dekh raha hai.

Shaurya - hmm, waise ek sawaal tha, pooch sakta hoon? (Anokhi nods) apne apni itni personal baatein mujhe kyun batai?

Anokhi - (thinks and says) - Mujhe ni pata par shayad mere mann ne kaha ki aapko main bata sakti hoon.

(mobile rings)

Anokhi - hello, haan dev bolo

Dev - Woh madam lift mein kuch technical fault aa gaya hai. Technician dekh raha hai aur usne kaha aadhe ghanta lagege aur thik ho jayegi.

Anokhi - Whatttt aadha ghanta? (she tells this to Shaurya) ab kya kare (Shauraya takes the phone)

Shaurya - Dev main Shauraya Saberwal. Tum jitna jaldi ho sake lift sahi karwao hum thik hain.
(Phone disconnected)

(Anokhi screams loudly and hugs Shaurya)

Shaurya - Kya hua miss bhalla? kya hua?

Anokhi -  Chi chipkali waha
(Shauraya sees at the corner of the lift)

Shaurya - Ms. Bhalla woh chipkali hai crocodile ni aapko woh ni khaayegi.

Anokhi - Please Mr Saberwal usse bhagayiye. Mujhe bohot dar lagta hai.
(Shaurya chipkali ko bhagata hai aur jhor se hasta hai)

[Anokhi, shaaurya ko dekhti rehti hai]

(They both into each oters eyes)

Shaurya (thinks) - How beautiful she is? uffff......

Anokhi (thinks) - kitna handsom hai ye? Haste hue toh aur bhi deadly... (nikki kya soch rahi hai)

(And the lift starts and reaches the ground floor and opens)  [Shweta at the entrance]

Shweta (smiles) - Kya hua guys aap dono ka dreamland se bahar aane ka mann ni kar raha hai?

(And they come out)

Shaurya - Aa sorry, Ms Bhalla main chalta hoon.

Shweta - Mr. Saberwal aapko one week rukna hoga actually kuch legal fomalities ke liye. Main aapko ni rokti but ye project ka amount bohot jyada hai aur local ministers bohot problem create kareinge. Shayad hume court se NOC bhi leni ho.

Shaurya - okay, but jitna jaldi ho sake kijiye kyunki main is city mein jyada ni rukna chahata. (exit)

Shweta (tears pochti hai and thinks) - Sorry aapko jhooth bolke roka but ab samay aa gaya hai ki purane raaz aapke saamne aayein bhai. Bohot door reh liye hum  aapse aur papa se. Jaanti hoon jab aapko pata chalega aapko bohot dard hoga par ab mujhe mera pariwaar chahiye aur aapko bhi haq hai maa ka pyaar paane ka. Bohot dard mein hain maa bhai unhe aapki bohot zaroorat hai. Ek aap hi hai jo unhe bacha sakte hain.

Anokhi - Kahan kho gayi shweta?

Shweta - Kahin nai par tu bata ye kya tha? Ankho hi aankho me ishaara ho gaya baithe - baithe jine ka sahara ho gaya

Anokhi - Shut up kuch bhi mat bol... aur tune inhe Delhi mein roka kyun saari formalities toh ho gayi hain.

Shweta - Lawyer main hoon toh mujhe pata hai ki kya formalities hain. Tu bas college contruction par dhyan de. Aur kal tu Canada jaayegi toh kab lautegi?

Anokhi - 3 days mein. Kyunki khabar pakki hai ki di Canada mein hai but shayad bohot bure haal hain.

Shweta - Don't worry mata rani sab thik kareingi. bye
