The next morning Ingrid woke up early as normal and went over to the pit to get Thomas.
Ingrid: Big day Greenie, sure you don't want to sit this one out?
Thomas: Come on Ingrid, get me out of here
Ingrid: All right
Ingrid got Thomas out and they walk over the closed Maze doors. As they reach the door it opens.
Ingrid: Let's go!
Ingrid starts running and Thomas follows.
Ingrid: This way, not much further to the inner ring, let's go
Thomas starts falling abit behind.
Ingrid: Come on Thomas you need to catch up
Thomas catches up to Ingrid.
Ingrid: Come on, this way
They enter the main ring. Ingrid sees that section 7 is open.
Ingrid: That's strange
Thomas: What?
Ingrid: Seven's not supposed to be open for another week
They walk into section 7. Thomas sees some metal walls in the middle.
Thomas: What the hell is this place?
Ingrid: We call them blades
They start walking through them. They see some bloody clothes on the floor.
Thomas: It's Ben's, isn't it?
Ingrid: Yeah, a Griever must have pulled him down here
Then they hear a voice from Ingrid's bag. Thomas turned her around and took the device out from her bag.
Ingrid: Whoa, hey
Thomas takes the device out. Thomas starts moving around with it. In a certain place it makes a lot of clicking noises.
Thomas: I think it's showing us the way
Thomas and Ingrid follow the device.
Thomas: Wait, wait, wait
Ingrid: What?
Thomas: This way, come on
Then they start walking into a part that Ingrid has not seen before.
Thomas: Ingrid, have you ever seen this place before?
Ingrid: No
Then they reach a dead end.
Ingrid: Ah it's just another dead end
Then the device turns green and a wall opens.
Thomas: You sure about this? This is a bad idea
Ingrid: You say that about all my ideas
Thomas: That's because there all bad ideas
Ingrid: Well you learn more from failures than successes
Ingrid and Thomas walk inside.
Ingrid: Grievers
Then they saw a red light then it scanned them.
Ingrid: What the fuck was that
Then they heard a big bang then another.
Thomas: We gotta get out of here
Ingrid: Give it to me, give it here
Thomas gives Ingrid the device to put in her bag. They start to run out of there. Ingrid sees that the blades start shutting.
Ingrid: We gotta go, run Thomas, we're gonna get trapped, go go
A blade shuts which splits them up.
Thomas: Ingrid!
Ingrid: Come on lets go lets go!
Thomas runs through one of the blades and bumps into Ingrid.
Ingrid: Keep going lets go!
They stopped when they saw a wall was falling down.
Thomas: Come on Ingrid
They start running again.
Ingrid: Come on don't look back
Then Thomas looks back.
Ingrid: What did I just say, come on
They finally got out of the Maze.
Newt: What the hell's going on out there
Gally: What the hell have you done now Thomas
Thomas: We found something a new passage we think it could be a way out
Newt: Really
Ingrid: It's true, we opened a door something I'd never seen before, I think it must be where the Grievers go during the day
Chuck: Wait, whoa, whoa, wait, you're saying you found the Grievers home and you want us to go in
Thomas: Their way in could be our way out Chuck
Chuck: Yeah
Gally: Or there could be a dozen Grievers on the other side, the truth is Thomas doesn't know what he's done as unusual
Thomas: Yeah, at least I did something Gally I mean what have you done huh aside from hide behind these walls all the time
Gally: Let me tell you something Greenie you've been here 3 days all right I've been here 3 years
Thomas: Yeah you've been here 3 years and your still here Gall all right, so what does that tell you maybe you should start doing things a little differently
Gally: Maybe you should be in charge
Teresa: Hey!
