Suddenly a door opens, they go through the door to see where it will lead them. They start walking when they see a door and they go inside. When they go inside they see dead bodies on the ground.
Ingrid: Holy shit
Newt: They're dead right?
Ingrid: No they're sleeping, of course they are dead!
They follow Thomas throughout the room.
Ingrid: What happened here?
They go into a different room and see computers and screens.
Newt: So they were watching us this whole time
Then a video shows up.
Ava: Hello my name is Dr Ava paige, I wish I could be there is person to congratulate you but circumstances seem to have prevented it, I'm sure by now you must all be very confused, angry, frightened, I can only assure you that everything that's happened to you, everything we've done to you it was all done for a reason, you won't remember but the sun has scorched our world, billions of lives lost to fire famine, suffering on a global scale, what came after was worse we call it the flare, in time a new generation emerged that could survive the virus suddenly there was a reason of hope for a cure but finding it would not be easy the young would have to be tested even sacrificed inside harsh environments where their brain activity could be studied all in effort to understand what makes them different what makes you different
Thomas looks at Ingrid and takes her hand.
Ava: You may not realized it but you're very important unfortunately your trials have only just begun as you'll no doubt soon discover not everyone agrees with our methods progress is slow people are people are scared it may be too late for us, for me but not for you the outside world awaits remember
Ava grabs out a gun and points it to her head.
Ana: WICKED is good
Then she shoots herself. Thomas turns his face and sees Ava's dead body on the ground. They all go over to it. Then they see the doors opening.
Chuck: Is it over?
Newt: She said we were important, what are we supposed to do now
Ingrid: Thomas?
Thomas: I don't know
They were about to walk out when someone stopped them.
Gally: We can't leave
Thomas: Gally
Ingrid: Stop, he's been stung
Thomas: We did Gally, we're out, we're free
Gally: Free?
Gally scoffs.
Gally: You think we're free out there, no, no there's no escape from this place
Gally points the gun at Thomas.
Thomas: Gally listen to me you're not thinking straight, your not and we can help you, just put down the gun
Gally: I belong to the Maze
Thomas: Just put down the gun
Gally: We all do
Ingrid: Gally!
Ingrid shoots an arrow right at Gally.
Chuck: Thomas
Thomas turns to face Chuck and he sees Chuck is bleeding.
Thomas: Chuck
Chuck fell down on the ground.
Thomas: Look at me, look at me, Chuck look at me alright
Ingrid bent down next to Thomas.
Ingrid: Chuck, Chuck just stay with us okay
Chuck hands Thomas the little owl he made and gives Ingrid his charm.
Thomas: No no Chuck you're gonna give it to them yourself, remember I told you that
Ingrid: No, no, we made this together for our parents, no it's gonna be okay
Chuck: Take it, thank you Ingrid, thank you Thomas, thank you
Thomas: No Chuck, Chuck
Chuck dies and everyone is in tears.
Thomas: Chuck, hey, hey Chuck come on, oh wake up, damn it
Ingrid got up and hugged Newt.
Thomas: We're out we made it, come on, god damn it!
Then some people barged in and took everyone out onto a helicopter.
Guy: You guys alright, don't worry, your safe now
They take the kids away from the Maze. They all look out the window to see the Maze.
Guy: Relax kids, everything's gonna change
