Ariana shook her head and pulled away. "I'm l-leaving..."
"Ariana, you're staying here with us. You are not leaving." Joan firmly stated. "This is your home now. Your real home. We are your real family."
"If you are my real family, you would let me be happy!"
Joan gasped. "I will. We will... Just give us a chance..."
"I want him... please..." Ariana cried as she fell onto her knees. "M-Mom... please... let me go to him. Let me talk to him, please..."
"Just forget about him, Ariana." Joan sternly said, looking away from her daughter's pleading state. "You're better off without him."
"N-No... Mom, please... he makes me happy. I love him..."
Before Joan could respond, the sound of tires screeching was heard. Ariana's eyes immediately snapped to look outside. "Ridge?"
Ariana stood up to see who it was... her eyes are full of hope.
Anthony went out of the car and hurried to them. "Oh... I'm sorry... I must have come at the wrong time, but Sir Ridge left his case here. I just came to get it..." He said, scratching his nape.
"Anthony... where is Ridge?" Ariana asked, pulling her robe tighter to cover herself.
Anthony gave her a sad smile. "He's already at the airport..."
"Take me with you." Ariana seriously said.
"What? No! Ariana, you are not leaving this house." Joan interrupted. "Frankie, find Ridge's case so this young man can go."
"I know where it is..." Ariana said, walking out of the living room to go to her bedroom.
She quickly got dressed, wearing a white bralette and jeans before picking up the black case and storming out of the room. Her hair is still wet and undone but she couldn't care less.
"Anthony, let's go..." She said, walking past everyone to go outside.
"Ariana!" Joan shouted but Ariana ignored her mother.
"I'm sorry, ma'am." Anthony said to Joan before following Ariana. "I'm not letting my ship sink..." He whispered while getting in the car.
He drove away with Ariana on the backseat. He glances at her from time to time through the mirror to check on her because she's crying nonstop.
"C-Can you go f-faster please?" Ariana asked, so he did.
"Ma'am Ariana, please calm down..." He said upon hearing Ariana sob louder.
"Did y-you know about this? W-Why did he..."
Anthony sighed. "Sir Ridge has his reasons... but I don't think he should do this. I think he needs you more than ever."
"Then why is he shutting me out again?"
Anthony stopped the car once they reached the parking space near the private jet. "He probably thinks this is the right thing to do..." He answered before getting out of the car.
"Anthony, were you able to get my- Oh..." Ridge stopped after seeing Ariana hop off the car too. "What-"
"Sorry, sir... I think you should talk to her." Anthony said, tapping Ridge's shoulder as he walked past him, leaving Ridge and Ariana alone.
