I'll try to explain with screenshots as much as I can but, after some steps, I can't show screenshot as it does not supports PicsArt. Hope you all will understand by the text.
So, select three pics of any personality! You can get best pictures from Pinterest or even from social media accounts of the chosen personality!
Here, I am choosing my face claim as Madirakshi Mundle.
So, first open PicsArt.
Then, click on the plus sign button shown here!

You will get some options, click on 'Edit A Photo' for editing pictures. You can use other options for videos, collage or other things.

Select a background for your edit. Backgrounds can be found easily in pinterest. You can search 'Wattpad Texture Backgrounds' to get numerous backgrounds for your edit. (Pm me if you want a pack of backgrounds)
