Chapter 13

A little over a day later...

"Luffy! You can see Blue Mountain in the distance!" Usopp yelled, causing everyone to run onto the deck.

The freed slaves were really excited, especially the kids...

"We're home!" The kids yelled in excitement as some of the older ones started to cry.

"Do all of you want to get off here?" I asked, causing them to stop to think.

"Where were you planning on taking us?" The older man asked.

"I was planning on taking you to the revolutionary army so that they could help you get back home or help you with whatever you wanted..." I said, causing some of them to think before they all agreed to be dropped off on the island.

"Okay, so the plan is to take the day to get restocked and to get everyone settled." I said, causing everyone to nod in agreement.
"Who wants to stay to guard the ship?" I asked, causing Franky and Usopp to raise their hands.

"I want to finish making repairs, and I also want to expand the ship a bit..." He said with a grin, causing Chopper to look excited.

"I am also going to join them after I stock up on the herbs I need." Chopper said quickly.

"I will stay to help Franky with his building... but with what he has planned, we might need one more person to stay behind..." Usopp commented.

"I'll stay. I can be used as some muscled help even though I don't have any... Yohoho." Brooke said, causing the kids to giggle.

"Me too. I have nothing else to do." Zoro commented after everyone got quiet again.

"Okay, so Brooke, Franky, Usopp, Zoro, and Chopper will be in charge of the ship. Sanji will be in charge of getting the food we need for our restock. I know that Nami and Robin wanted to see if there were any new books... Will you also see if they have any new clothes for Niki, Sabo, Ace, and I? I will give you a list of our sizes."

"I would love to shop for your clothes, Captain!" Nami said with excitement.

"Nami, would you also split the treasure that I brought back how we talked about splitting it. And will you give it to them and use to rest to buy clothes, blankets and other things that we need?" I asked, causing her to get really excited.

"Of course, I will."

"I will make a list of things we need before we leave." Robin said as Nami left to get started.

"Thank you. Niki, Ace, Sabo, and I will be helping to get the group staying on the island settled."

"Captain, we are running low on Cola again." Franky commented after a moment.

"My group will get some on our way back to the ship. How many barrels do we need?" I asked, causing him to think.

"At least 8, but I would prefer around 16 just to be safe." He said after a few minutes.

"Sanji, when you are shopping, will you put in an order for the cola and give me a call and let me know where my group needs to pick them up. The same goes for anything else you need help bringing back to the ship." I said as I threw him a mini responder snail, causing my crew to look at me.
"What? I brought a few when we were separated." I said as I threw another one to Robin.
"They are also connected to our main one just in case anything happens." I said, causing everyone to still look shocked.
"Why do you guys still look shocked? I realized not that long ago that we need a way to communicate when we are separated into groups when we explore islands. The way that we didn't have a way to contact one another was one of our major issues..." I said before tossing my last mini snail to Zoro.
"This is my last one, Zoro always keep this one on you, I realized that since you get lost easily due that cursed sword of yours, it might help us find you if you decide to leave the ship." I said, causing everyone to look at him.
"Did you guys not realize that he didn't get lost until after he got his cursed sword?" I stated, causing my crew to shake their heads.
"Anyways, Robin, when you go, will you and Nami see if you can find any more mini responder snails? I would like everyone in the crew to have one eventually."

"Of course, I will, Captain. I think that is an excellent idea." She replied with a smile as she wrote something down in the notebook she had in her hands.

"Okay, that's the plan. Does anyone have any questions?" I asked, causing everyone to think for a moment.

"Why is Sabo and I going with you?" Ace asked after a moment.

"Honestly, I want to spend some more time with my family, but I also needed some more help with them." I said while pointing at the group of freed slaves that were excitedly watching the island get closer.
"I'm sorry. Did you want to do something else?" I asked, causing him to blush a little.

"No, I am okay with your plan. I was just curious." He replied, causing Sabo to laugh at his embarrassment.

"Okay, let's meet back on the ship at sunset!" I yelled after we docked at one of the ports.

"Okay!" Everyone yelled back in their own ways.
