She also gets a bit conscious of her dress . which is . . fine. . a casual floral, frilly, stopping at her knees.
Namjoon stops and for a moment doesn't quite register what is happening.

"h-hey" his voice comes out a bit breathy.
Is it okay to tell someone they look nice? Namjoon wonders owing to the lack of interaction with girls (or just people in general)
"umm. . I'm going to Hoseok's , you know him? arts stream? the dancer, he's got party so. ." Nalini tells him but later regrets since he hasn't even asked.
oh.
"y-yeah I know him, I was heading there too" He says and almost asks her to go together. . but he does not.
"great! let's go together then ?" Nalini says excitedly & Namjoon's eye lit up.
