When somebody says "I Love You",
What do you think should I do?
Do I say, "I love you too"?
Or say, "Our love isn't true"?
Do I take it out of the blue?
Just because I'm falling for you?

What happens after the courting game?
Do things just stay the same?
Or will you just make me insane?
Should you be the person to blame?
Should I despise you or put you to shame?
If so, I hate this stupid game.

What will happen if it was you I lost?
Is it something worth the cost?
Yeah, it'll make me my own boss,
But it just makes me as cold as frost.
Is this love something to be tossed?
Will it hurt if it was our love I lost?

What if... just what if you're my soulmate,
And things happen just right and nor late...
Will you be the person I'll last hate?
Will we still have our friendly debates?
Did I meet you because of fate?
So does this mean your my soulmate?

So if you said, "I love you"?
Will I have to say, "I love you too"?
