She started writing when she was in elementary school. She loved playing the piano and drawing too. She wasn't the best writer but she knew that she could finish most of what she started writing-- which she believes what makes one person a writer.
She collected whatever she wrote during the times she felt like writing. This was in-between falling in-love, chasing after her medical career, and lovingly taking care of her family.
Mahal Kita is the fourth volume of "The Childish Poetry of Rachel". Some of the poems were here feelings but others were commissioned poetry-- meaning, her HS friends asked her to make the poems for their crushes or loved ones. There are some poems that were never saved and were for her beloved one's eyes only.
