They say a good friend's worth more than pocket money
They'll be there with you whether if it's a sunny day or if there's rain
I need a good friend for they'll never put me to shame
They need a good friend so that they'll have someone to blame
I wish our intention was the same
So i won't think of you as wicked and you won't think of me as lame
So i won't think of you as dragon that needs to be tamed
I've tried to keep my distance away from you , as you treat me as if i'm the mat and you're the shoe
I've hinderd my performance just for you
I've done all i can , changed who i am , prosponed all my plans , killed the independent man
Have i become the fan ?
Tho i've never been the one to be obsessed with being friends with that one
