The next few days went off with great difficulty for Kartik . He was too excited for Naira's arrival and this feeling made him crazy.His yearning was soothed a bit by their regular video calls. Now finally the day when she was to leave for Nainital arrived and Kartik's heart was not under his control. From morning till the very moment his feet weren't literally touching the ground. Too restless to even work he wrapped it off as fast as he could and returned home. Sarla ji was too surprised to see his early return
"Kartik baba..kya baat hai ..aaj fiance aa rahi hai isiliye itni jaldi aageye hai aap" said Sarla
"Sarla maa woh.." he said in a sheepish tone scratching the back of his head
In all these days Kartik and Sarla ji bonded well just like mother and son. Sarla ji knew about Naira and also about her arrival just because of Kartik's rants about his plans on what to do during her stay there. She just smiled on seeing his reaction
"Sab samaj rahi hoon...nikhal gayi Naira madam?" She asked
"Haan...ab toh Pantnagar pahunch gayi hogi" he said
"Up to date hai aap..kya baat hai" she said
Kartik blushed at this comment
"Blush karte hue toh bohot handsome lag rahe hai aap..." she said
"Ab please taang keechna band kijiye na...mein apni room mein change karne jaa raha hoon" he said
"Ji...mein dinner ready karti hoon..waise wahan desk mein ek letter hai...shayad kisi dost se aaya hai..." she said with a sly smile as she went to the kitchen
Kartik was confused on learning about the letter and he walked to the desk. He couldn't believe his eyes as he saw the sender to be Naira. His heart was jumping with joy on seeing it. Just to read the letter soon he rushed to his room and locked the door.Before he could open the letter he got a video call from Naira. He was surprised
"Dr.Sahiba...flight has landed?" He asked
"Ji haan DSP sir...landing hogaya hai aur hum ab apni cab keliye wait kar rahe hai" she said
"Thats great" he said
"Waise letter milgaya?" She asked
"Konsa letter?" He acted innocent
"Woh...letter jisko meine aapkeliye likha tha" she said
"Haan milgaya...waise kya hai isme?" He asked
"Khud pad lijiye..." she said
"Acha...teek hai..." he said
Naira smiled at him unable to reply anything as Suhana along with a few other pgs who were accompanying them surrounded her making a sudden entry into the video call
"Jiju...hai..." screamed Suhana
"Err...Hai Suhana..." said Kartik too embarrassed to face them
"Ghaadi aagayi hain jiju...bas Iss Journey khatam hone tak sabr kijiye uske baad aapki lalila apke saamne hogi" said Suhana
"Chal na Naira...jiju se saamne jaakar baat karlo na" said Kushi a co pg accompanying Naira
