I have/am ___, can I still shift?
Yes. Autism, adhd, a minor, Christian, chronically ill, DID- whatever. Sometimes you have to work around certain things (like short term focus) but at the end of the day YOU CAN SHIFT.
Is it witchcraft/ against my religion?
I can't answer the second question. Probably not?? But no, it's not witchcraft. It's the multiverse which is a mainly scientific theory. (Cosmology)
Herbs/ crystals/ tarot/ spells... can they help?
Personally, I'm wiccan/pagan so I do believe they can but that's for you to figure out.
Is it actually real?
Yes. It's as real as what you see around you. It's not a dream.
Can I shift to __?
You can shift literally anywhere. Anime, cartoons, or to be a fuckin rubber ducky. anything.
Is it dangerous?
No. It can be if you aren't in a good mental state going into it, but shifting itself is not dangerous. You can not get stuck in a reality. You can't even die in another reality unless you want that for some reason.
