On the other side in a flat , a boy is sleeping on his stomach and fully covered with sweat. It's look like he has seen some nightmare. He is mummering something in sleep also

Boy- good morning shiv thakare.... Ek or raat usi nightmare me nikal gyi.... I think you deserve this pain.
Then he goes to kitchen for some food but when he reaches kitchen he didn't find food. So he left for his job without any food because it's his routine. Because he doesn't have enough money for food because he pays rent of the flat.
Then he meet his boss
Shiv- good morning sir
Boss- good morning shiv....kaam pe lag jao aaj Sunday h toh work kafi hoga
Shiv- okk sir
Boss- or haa after lunch godown me se saman ke bori leke aana or yha lga dena ......
Shiv- jii sir
Then he got busy in his work . Then in lunch time he goes to water tank and drink water because he doesn't have money to buy food . Then after lunch he goes to godown and start loading that in the shop . After 4 hour of loading he goes to his boss for salary
Shiv- sir saman Sara krr dia h ...
Boss- acha thik aab tum jaao kafi late hogya h ....
Shiv- sir vo salary mill jati toh
Boss- ohh haa me tumhe batana bhul gya iss bar salary thodi late millgi .... Kyuki shop ke work me lag gye

Then he left to his house and slept with empty stomach. Like this 3 days passed.
Today shiv is feeling very weak but still he left for job because if he doesn't go, then his salary will be deducted.
whole day he work hard and load the saman from godown . Then at night he left for his house then suddenly in the middle road he feel dizzy and fell unconscious on the middle road.
After sometime a couple took him to the hospital and request to staff to check him then a girl come from the other side after completing her operation. Then she listens the voice and move towards them . But suddenly her heart start beating very fast.she then thinks
