I will mainly be following the movies though I may take some scenes from the books or slightly change the story. I will also be mainly taking lore from the Silmarillion that is commonly accepted or from Tolkien's most recent works. Let me know if anything goes wrong or if I mess something up. Politely please.
I'm also writing this as background to my LOTR fanfic which is called Iron Stars. This is not meant to tell multiple stories but just to add some background to Nyx's story. I would recommend reading some of the first chapters to understand why Nyx uses another name in that fanfic. Should be chapter 20 or so where you can get that info. And please enjoy!
