I. BASIC INFO

name / full name (feel free to include anything related to your characters name!! origin of name, nicknames, backstory of the name, etc)

age / zodiac, birthday, age (anything special about the birthday you could add? ages range from 15 - 19)

origin / race, nationality, ethnicity

identification / sex, sexuality, pronouns (identity stories? have they ever had any trouble figuring out how they identified? what was the moment they knew what they identified as? what lead them to it?)

II. CHARACTER

face claim / face claim, backup face claim? (IF you do happen to use a fc, it can be anyone, just make sure they have some type of media. is there a specific look you want me to use for this person? any appearance details, eyebags, scars? if you aren't using a fc, please describe their physical appearance to me!!)

personality / traits, summary (write as much as you can!! it only lets me know more about your character and how i should picture & write them out. how is your character portrayed from other people? first impression? their positives? their negatives?)

background / history (any trauma? who, how, where did they grow up? siblings? family? remember when putting info about where they grew up, this story is set in illinois, chicago!!)

likes&dislikes / strengths and weaknesses (hobbies? pet peeves? favorite foods? colors?)

extras / anything else you'd like me to know (mental or physical issues? allergies? skills? phobias? voice? anything!)

title / their stereotype

phrases / any quotes

III. STYLE&TASTE

clothing / attires (you can give me some @'s as examples or list out what they'd typically wear.)

aesthetic / aesthetic (this is for moodboards, put down anything.)

playlist / music, movies, shows

IV. ROMANCE

love&sex life / love, sex life (currently in a relationship, it can be a character of your own. are they open for relationships? any exes? relationship experiences? sexual experiences? first times?)

love tropes / love tropes (is there also any relationships from movies or shows you'd like me to go by?)

ideal type / ideal person (celebrity crushes? physical preferences? personality preferences?)

V. CHAUNTEL

who / who are they to chauntel? (potential love interest? befriending her? are they childhood friends? bestfriends? a fling? an enemy? have they met before? what was their first impression?)

opinions / thoughts on chauntel. (do they think shes a mess? a sweetheart? not understood enough? needs a friend? rude? unlikeable? her whole drug addict thing? her fame?

password / favorite drink

RULES !

I. be realistic, your character should
not be perfect just as much as they
shouldn't have every mental issue
to exist with every one of their relatives
deceased.

II. be creative when writing out your
application, include things about your
character that differs them from the
others. make your character vary in
their qualities.

III. be as detailed as you can.
not crazy detailed but detailed
enough for me to know what exactly
is going on with your character.
obviously not every part of your
application needs to be full on
paragraphs, but keep in mind,
the more info you provide, the
bigger chance of your character
having a key importance in the
story.

IV. you can put down a
max of three characters.

V. remember, this is YOUR character and form.
as far as these rules go, you're free to add
anything you want to. i love a little character
even within the application.

NOTE !
when your character is mentioned in the story, please lmk if there was something you didn't like about the way i wrote your character out or if your character wasn't portrayed correctly. id hate to be completely butchering them throughout the story without knowing. also please, tell me what you thought about them in general!! this is important because there'll be parts in chapters where its entirely just about your character and where some characters might be constantly mentioned. if you are having trouble, the next chapter will have chauntels info in a form.
