The white light ran away. And darkness sorrowed me. I still heard the
tic tock
"You might have given me what you think I needed. But I know this isn't the way my story ends." I yelled into the darkness.
Silence spread around me. The ticking stopped
"Choose your road than." A voice boomed
I sat there defeated and depleted.
I can feel I was called to move on. But I wanted a redo
The strangers are standing up and walking out one by one.
I don't want to be the last one to leave and I don't want to leave.
Dust is collecting on my hair. I feel myself collecting years. Could feel the cobwebs on me. I turn around. I turned to look at the back of the room.
The moment I saw the individual, I was in utter disbelief. They stayed when I expected them to be the first to depart.
Rocking back and forth, he was. "This is as good, as it gets."
That's when I realized it's time to leave. New memories and opportunities will be made.
Sooner or later we got to leave the past. Cause even the past can leave you behind. Not only will you be feel alone. but you will truly be alone.
SO I stood up and left before time left me behind. Walked through the golden door.
