This movie features Chris Pratt and Jennifer Lawrence. Jim and Aurora are on a spaceship travelling to a new Earth-like planet, Homestead II. However, due to a hibernation pod failure, Jim is woken up 90 years earlier than what was planned for the passengers and crew. This movie was AMAZING. I loved the dynamic between the duo ( even though I am not a HUGE Pratt and Lawrence fan). I also loved the premise of the movie and I enjoyed this movie even though I am Sci-fi newbie ( the only other Sci-fi production I have seen is Stranger Things).
However, I did NOT love the ending and I was largely disappointed by it. I felt like Jim could have built another auto doc ( I will not elaborate further so as not to spoil the movie. If anyone does not know what I am talking about with that, feel free to message me).
I watched this movie on Netflix and I give it a 4 out 5 stars.
