Chapter 3

Hela is standing up on a balcony next to her grandsire

Hela stares longingly the boys

Watching them train with swords might be wooden but a sword none the less and not needles

Watching them wear pants without getting weird looks

Hela hates wearing dresses, she thinks there ridiculous but none the less she wears them not that she has much of a choice

"Your grace" Hela hears from next her

Hela looks to a guard talking to her grandsire

"The cannibal has been seen on the beach for a few days now" the guard says

Making Hela of think something totally idiotic and dangerous but she decides to do it none the less

Hela walks over to her grandsire and kisses him on the cheek

And walks away

Hela is walking down the hall

Looking around to see if anyone is around

She quickly walks out of the door and down the steps to the beach

Hela has been walking on the beach for the last five minutes and she's starting to think they saw wrong

Until she feels the ground shake behind her and hear breathing

Hela slowly turns and behind and this huge dragon who's scales are dark as obsidian and has bright green eyes and almost the size of Vhagar but only a little smaller

The cannibal breaths out making Hela's hair fly

The beast leans it head looking her straight in the eyes

Her mind it telling her to run but her heart it telling her to touch him

She decideds to listen to her heart

And slowly reaches out her hand

The mighty dragon doesn't move or shows any hostile movement like trying to bite off her hand or something

Its just staring at her, if Hela didn't know better its staring at her with curiosity

Hela slowly take a step forward and puts her hand on the snout of the dragon

The cannibal purs a little making Hela smile a little

Hela takes her hand rub the side its face

Hela leans her forehead next to its eye

The cannibal leans into her touch making her smile

Hela stares at its eye

As if there communicating through look

The cannibal leans in head up to the sky and let's out a roar and then fire follows the roar

Rhaenyra and Laenor look out the window after hearing the roar

Rhaenyra eyes widen "Hela" she says and runs out of the room with Laenor and ser Harwin behind her

Alicent looks out the window wondering what it is

"The mother has gained her first child" Helaena says making her mother look at her

Alicent looks at her daughter confused wondering what she meant by that

"Come Helaena" Alicent says and leaves the room with her daughter and goes towards the beach

"That was from the beaches" Viserys says and his eyes widen "where's Hela?" He asks

Viserys stands up and quickly leaves the balcony

The boys look towards the beach and instantly runs towards them with Ser Criston behind them

Hela throws her leg over the back of the cannibal

And once she sitting correctly

The cannibal takes off

Hela smiles at the feeling of the wind in her and clothes

For the first time in forever she felt free

She pats his neck indicating that she wants to land

he lands on the beach than her family comes running

Starting him, the cannibal roars making them stop in there place

Hela grabs onto the horn of the dragon and rubs it's chin, calming it down

"You claimed the cannibal, one of the three wild dragons and the most vicious" Rhaenyra says in amazement

"You don't even speak" Jace says making Luke smack his arm hard

"Ow, what? its true" Jace says
