An already dressed Tori and Ariel come into Meredith's room as the oldest Grey was sitting at the desk writing something.
"Auntie Mer, how do I look?" Ariel asked, twirling so her Aunt could see her first day of school outfit
Meredith smiled at her niece, "Beautiful."
Ariel smiled as she sat on her aunt's bed, "That's what Mommy said. I just wanted to make sure."
Tori gave the little girl a kiss on the cheek, "I would never lie to my little mermaid. I just know that everyone is going to love you and you're going to have a good day." She then looked over at where her sister was, "What are you doing, Dinosaur?"
"Writing the check for Roseridge." Meredith says before licking the envelope
Tori frowned, "That's today? I could have sworn it was in a few weeks." She said
The younger Grey sister got up to go look at the calendar and her eyes widened, "Holy shit." She said
Meredith turned to face her sister, "What?" She asked confused
"I just realized that I haven't had my period since Boston. I think the last one I had was in March. It's August! I mean I noticed that I was gaining weight but I thought it was due to Izzie's baking. And my periods have always been messed up." Tori said, descending into panic, "Who did I sleep with last?" She asked, still wide eyed
Meredith got up from her desk and walked over to her sister and brought her into a hug, "Shhhh. It's okay, Toria. Do you still have the index cards you make of who you have sex with?"
Tori took a deep breath in and nodded, "You're right. It's okay." She said, "And yes, I still have the cards, let me get them"
Breaking out of the hug, Tori left Meredith's room and went into hers. She went straight to the drawer of her nightstand and pulled out her index card holder. This held index cards about every man she's slept with. The card had their name, the date and sometimes a few notes about how the sex was.
She closed the nightstand drawer and went back into her sister's room. Sitting on the bed, Tori opened the box and pulled out the last card "Alright, let's see. Robert Chase on April 4th 2005."
Meredith ran her hand over Tori's head, "What do you want to do?" She asked
Tori shrugged, "I have no clue. I need to take a test to be sure and then I can panic."
"Why are you panicking, Mommy?" Ariel asked confused
Tori put her arm around her daughter, "I'm panicking because your wish to be a big sister might be coming true and that stresses me out." She replied
Ariel's eyes widen in understanding, "Yay!" She cheered
Tori smiled at her daughter, "Might, Ari. I need to take a test to be sure. For now, keep it between the three of us, okay?"
The little girl nodded dutifully but continued to beam.
Meredith started flipping through pictures, showing them to her sister and niece. She then stopped at one of two little girls in a wagon, with a man and a woman standing around it, "Look." She said, showing the picture
