We begin empty
And get full of:
SHIT
There's an agony born out of insecurity, it grows and it latches on to you as soon as you are about to make a decision...
"What will I do?". "Did I choose right..?"
The dilemma goes on and on...
But inwardly we never change paths, for we still see from where we always stood.
Let's say: If I never cared, for others or for myself, it would be easy to feed indifference around me. To keep on feeding distractions.
But there's a burning frustration when I see people ignoring the obvious..
Anxiety and Depression
Refusing to step on.. the victim syndrome, and internal narrative feeding on weakness.
WEAKNESS
It makes you procrastinate
Makes hardships feel real hard
Transforms the trivial into existential
What can be done? MOVE ON BABY
Get up early and..
Do your chores
Move your body
Think your things
Meditate
Take care of yourself
Eat well
A little effort here and there, a little stepping forward now and then builds an immense fortitude.
Reminder: There's no right or wrong. Only UNWILLINGNESS
Dig deep and remain still
Still beyond self-identification
Still above it all
Like an eagle. FLY
Traps:
Don't project your adventures onto someone else. Life is personal.
Don't criticize anyone's shortcomings, these could be yours too.
Don't give advice if it avoids the matters of the soul.
Don't think there's something sketchy going on.
You did not choose to be born
You did not choose your life
But you do can BUILD your own PRESENT
