(Y/n)'s POV- The Game

30 wrestlers, some came and some stayed. 30 wrestlers, the amount that everyone else knew about. Peaking through the cracks of the screens, just behind the crowd I watch as Cody Rhodes walks down towards the mat, smiling as the crowd cheers him on. It was crazy how just one single person can move a whole crowd, just by his presence.

30 wrestlers, but only a few remain in the ring. Seth Rollins. Damian. Edge. Cody. Gunther. And Theory. My hands start sweating as I was moved toward the entrance of the venue by a staff member, getting into position for my moment. From where I was now standing I could see the whole ring, the whole crowd was focused on the match. When all they have to do is turn around to see me waiting to enter.

My ears start ringing as all the lights shut off, in a split second. Someone from behind me pushes me into motion as I hear my walkout song. Just in time, I was able to hit my mark in the smoke, quickly placing my finger to my lips as the spotlight turns on me. Once the lights turned back on I could see the faces of the audience, a mix of confusion and shock as they laid their eyes on me.

31 members entered the royal rumble tonight, something that has never happened before.

Confidence came to me as I circled the ring, catching the eyes of each person in the ring. A wicked smile comes to my lips as I pulled myself into it, joining the other six wrestlers. Their exhausted faces look over at me, unsure of what is happening. All but Edge was the only person there returning my smile.

"Well," Edge mutters. "Looks like we have a minnow swimming with the sharks."

"Don't get your panties in a twist now, everyone in this room knows that you are just mad that I beat your wife," I shrug. "Not my fault she can't beat the newbie."

"You have a dirty mouth for someone that nobody here knows of."

"That's why I am here darling, making something of my name. Whereas you are just bending the rules of a match to try to beat me. Once again, at something your wife could never do."

Edge turned redder than he was before, meaning that what happens next could be anything. I didn't have time to react as he grabbed the back of my neck, throwing me to the ground to claim dominance. Much like a cat, I found my hands and knees, looking up at him with my grin again.

"Let's dance then," I laugh.

Reaching my feet I use the ropes as leverage for speed, running straight at him. He knew this was coming so he hold out his arm to clothesline me, but I slide under it and climb on his back. Pulling at his head to walk backward, to my surprise we were able to find the corner of the ring. Seth and Gunther had to move out of our way, admiring the fact that we were actually wrestling each other.

My feet find the top ropes, gaining the high ground on him. I place my hand on his head once again, turning him to look at me. From his position he was looking at my waist, a perfect height for what I have planned. Jumping from the tops of the ropes, I come down with a clothesline on him, making him fall backward on his back. Much to my stupidity I also fell on my back, both of us hitting the ground hard. Well to me it was hard, but for Edge it was probably nothing.

I felt his elbow connect with my abdomen, not once, but twice. Pain erupted, something I was going to have to get used to. Amidst almost crying I felt him grab my foot, dragging me toward the edge of the mat. Royal Rumble rules are that to get someone eliminated you have to get them over the top rope and have both their feet touch the floor. Edge was trying to throw me over the edge because I was hit hard twice, wow.

His hand reached under my legs and back and I could feel him lifting me off the ground. I tried to wiggle out of his arms, but there was no give. Feeling the top rope on my back made me scared, I was about to get eliminated already. Like I haven't even done anything yet! People are going to laugh at me for sure!
