The distinctive tone of someone calling you wakes you at about 10:30 – With closed eyes you proceed to unplug the phone from the charger and you accept the call: It's Molly.

Molly: Gooood Morning! Are you ready for testing?

You sigh as you glance at the time again.

y/n: I just woke up *You laugh shortly*

Molly: Well, I told you to arrive one day ahead of time, but someone claimed it was gonna be fine with jet-lag...

y/n: Yup... I take full responsibility for my suffering. I picked a red-eye flight and it got delayed twice... So, yeah, it's my fault. You were right, as always.

She laughs contently, meanwhile loud sounds appear in the background of the call.

y/n: Are you in the car?

Molly: Yeah, I'm driving Lucy and Frida to the track now, so that they can start preparing their stuff–

You hear faint 'Heys!' and 'Mornings!'.

Molly: And yeah, I'll pick you up before 12, drive you, and then I'll go and get Lydia from the airport, and driver her to the track too.

y/n: Jesus... Someone's busy...

She laughs and she gives you some more information you need to remember.

y/n: Okay, cool, see you in a bit then, say bye to the girls from me!

She replies and the call ends. The team you directly work with is all women – Much to the dismay of some people when you started off in F1; Saying women shouldn't work in the paddock or that women weren't fit for such a high-stakes sport like Formula One... Of course most of the pit crew is still men, but your team has the most women in total, which you don't think is anything grand, but you were praised or critiqued for it, which just highlighted the issue of sexism at hand...

Your immediate team is composed of four amazing women:

You have Molly, her full name being Molly Gina Timms, who is one of your closest girl friends and who conveniently loved to travel and had experience with being a secretary. So, naturally you offered her the job, and now she's responsible for keeping you on track with your appointments, your flights, driving others around and all in all just making sure you don't miss anything...

Molly is also head over heels for Collin Mattson, a pretty good looking blonde Haas driver, who has shown interest in her too, but frankly he's to shy to give it a shot, and she's too obsessed with work to have enough time to date someone... Maybe you should try hooking them up again...

Next to Molly, Lucy Chan is the most important; She's incredibly technical, making her perfect for being your race engineer – You started working together a while back when you were still in F2 and F3, and of course, you wanted no one else other than her on the other side of the radio.
