Hey so you remember Bryant right yeah you have to let him go i know he was a lot of your firsts ok and i know it hurts that he cheated and hurt you even after the fact faking like he care about you. what he did to your wont go away but you can try and get past it slowly ok you have other people that will help you along the way some might fall out but the ones that stay will be there for you.
