Yn Blake is Finney Blake's twin sister and Gwen Blake's older sister. She is your typical trouble maker who gets into fights, smokes, sneaks out, and more.
She puts up the "I don't give a fuck" attitude, but really is a shy kind girl. No one has se...

I woke up yo the sound of my alarm clock. It was awfully annoying. I knew that today was the day I would get to go back home. I really didn't want too.
"I don't wanna get up!" I groaned, but I was already awake so I didn't have a choice.
I opened my eyes to see that it was still dark outside. It was only 5 in the morning so I don't know what I was expecting. I sat up and turned off my alarm. The annoying sound drifting into silence.
Thank God!
I thought, I started to get up and get ready. I was excited to see Finney and Gwen and Donna! But I really didn't wanna go back home. I didn't wanna see dad. Dad never changes anyway. He's probably still the abusive drunk asshole he was when I left.
After I brushed my teeth and hair, I got changed. ___________________________________________

I put on mascara, chapstick, and eyeliner. It was simple but cute.
Once I was done getting ready, I grabbed my bag and started packing my stuff. It wasn't much, just some clothes, makeup, a hairbrush and a toothbrush. I also made sure I grabbed my diary, sketch book, and a few books I brought.
Once I finished packing, I threw my bag over my shoulder and walked to the main lobby. By then, it was around 7 o'clock AM.
Dad wasn't there yet. I didn't expect him to be. The lady in the front office greeted me, acting like she cared. She told me to sit down and wait. I didn't know what to do, so I picked up the book on the table. I'd read it before, it was a 'rated-R' book.
It was a book about a cheating husband and his wife, and girlfriend. He didn't love either of them. His wife was popular and had a good reputation, he girlfriend was young and had the perfect body.
He was just using them. When they found out however, they took revenge. They literally killed him and ended up fucking eachother and then the wife killed herself. It is a pretty good book if ya ask me!

Before you ask me for the title, I didn't use an actual book. At least I don't think I did. The idea came from a short story I wrote for my English class.
If it is an actual book, please let me know! Thank you. ___________________________________________
I would get the book at a library back home, but dad wouldn't let me. 'ItS tOo InApPrOpRiAtE' is what he would say. Fuck, I had to sneak out to go watch Texas Chainsaw Massacre.
I knew I was gonna have to steal it. That was the easy part. The hard part was hiding it from dad. Well maybe, I might have a place where I hide everything.

I was a little more than half way through the book when dad FINALLY came. Took him long enough, he didn't smell like achohal this time either. Well to be fair, they wouldn't let him in of he did.
I closed the book, and looked up at him. He walked over to the front desk and started signing me out. I quickly put the book in my bag. No one noticed.
After he sighed me out, he gestured for me to follow him. I did, and the lady at the desk waved at me. I gave her a fake friendly smile and a wave. Thank God I was laveing this hell hole.

It took us about an hour to get back. It was a silent ride as dad was probably hung over and I didn't want to talk to him. We pulled into the driveway and got out. I swung my bag over my shoulder again and walked up to the house.
Dad unlocked the door and we went inside. It was empty, Finney and Gwen were probably at school so it wasn't a surprise but I really wanted to see them.
"Your room is still where it always was, nothing really changed," dad said.
"Okay, thanks..." I muttered, and he walked onto the kitchen. He was probably going to drink now that he didn't have to worry about getting me.
I walked away before I could see what he was doing. I went down the hall and turned walked into the room on the right. He was right, nothing changed.
Everything was where I left it the day I left. Other than some new books on my desk. Probably Finney finding books he'd think I'd like. He was like that, always finding books or something like that and giving them to me.
I smiled at the books, even though they couldn't smile back as they were inanimate objects and had no emotion or movement what so ever.
I started to unpack and put away my stuff. I was a somewhat organized person, and everything was out away neatly. It was really easy becuase I liked cleaning and organizing. I don't know why, probably because dad never would clean up after himself.
After cleaning up and putting stuff away, I started going through and looking at the books. Some were books I'd seen before, like "The Outsiders" and "The Giver" but there was one I'd never seen before. "The Girl I Used To Be" I've heard of it, but never read it.

Pretend the books were written around this time please 😭 ___________________________________________
I opened decided that I might read it later. I mean it looked pretty interesting so why not?
I picked up the three books and put them on my bookshelf, I also took the book I stole out of my bag and was about to put it away.
I walked over to my closet and realized that I was still too short to reach the top. So I grabbed the chair I had in the corner of my room and put it in my closet. I stepped up and luckily for me, the attic opening was in my closet and no one but mom knew that.
So I opened the hatch and pulled myself into the attic. I moved the wires and cords out of my way and took out a box. The box had a few blades, some other books that dad wouldn't approve of, a lighter, and cigarettes.
I put the book into the box and grabbed the cigarettes and lighter. I got out of the attic and stepped onto the chair. I put the chair in the corner of my closet, walked out and closed the door.
I put the cigarettes and lighter in my backpack because dad never checks it. I put my backpack in my desk chair and left it at that.
