—————

Walking into math class Robin, Evelyn and Donna were all talking as they had just broken away from the rest of the group. They reached their seats to see an equation already on the blackboard. Evelyn looked incredulously before placing her head down on her arms in defeat. Donna was confused but gasped when she saw it. Robin looked like he wanted to run away but decided he would make himself feel better by laughing at the girls' current state.

"Why are you laughing?" Evelyn said lifting her head as Donna rotated in her seat to look at him.

"You think you can use that thing? You're only passing because of Finn ." She declared mockingly. He smiled a little before realising what she had just said. "Wait wait wait, how do you know I'm only passing because of Finn?"

"Oh uh he told me" came her reply nonchalantly. He went to speak but stopped. 'they talked about me..' he thought. "And why was I a part of this conversation?" He asked, hoping she would tell him she asked about him. "We were talking about the group as a whole, but I brought you up first" she said.

He smirked slightly and when she noticed she hit his arm lightly. "I brought everyone up in the conversation, calm down." He still smiled as he watched her turn to talk to Donna.

The rest of the class breezed by as they were given homework, to nobody's surprise.

Donna, Evelyn and Robin walked to science. When they got there Robin departed, fake crying for dramatic effect as Donna laughed and Evelyn rolled her eyes with a fond smile on her face.

Evelyn placed herself beside Finney as she smiled shyly at him. "Hi Ev." She smiled widely at the nickname as he trialed it.

"Hi Finn." She responded as he grew flustered. 'She remembered'.

They were set their first science project officially and were given a month to finish the entire thing. They had to make something to prove some 'law of physics'. They had to plan their project in the class and work on it both in class and at home. Most of the work is to be done at home though.

Third period flew by as she reached fourth. Evelyn hadn't seen any of her friends in an hour and Gwen was not happy. The rest of the group (minus Evelyn and Bruce) were walking down the hall to their separate classes as Gwen was complaining. "I know they're on the other side of the building, but I cannot believe we don't see them until lunch. I mean I need to talk to my Evelyn." After this declaration, Griffin swung his head around as if to say 'she's my Evelyn'.

Gwen must not have noticed as she continued rambling until they reached class. Amy missed Evelyn more than she missed her brother, but he didn't need to know that.

Evelyn and Bruce had art together as the two were aimlessly sketching. Evelyn had began drawing Amy, Bruce's sister, as she planned on giving it to her as a 'welcome to the group' kinda gift. She was almost finished as the class was around halfway through. Bruce had been drawing a baseball player and Evelyn realised there was bound to be a game soon. Bruce must've realised the same thing as he gasped quietly.

"I have to invite the group to the baseball game on Friday" Bruce said at the same time Evelyn said "when's the first baseball game?"

The two paused and laughed loudly as some other people in their class looked at them, scowling slightly. The two apologised as they talked, finishing their drawings. Evelyn wrote a message for Amy as the class drew to a close and she folded it up, planning to give her it at lunch.
