-SUMMARY -

if he was the sun, she was the moon. destined to be apart but they both shot for the stars. if he was the ocean, she swam deeper and deeper until her breath was taken and she stared at the sky from deeper than she ever knew. if he was a book, she would read the book over and over until she couldn't. if he was hers, she was his.

that was who Arianna larsen and chad meeks martin was. they were each other's better half and they cared more about each other than the sun cared about the moon and if that told anyone anything, it would be that they would do anything for each other. anything would've proven to anyone the amount of love they had but it didn't.

sure some people saw the way they looked at each other but no one saw the way they cared. no one saw the way they held each other, no one saw the way they smiled when together. no one saw the way he shone when they were together. if anyone saw it, they wouldn't believe it. call it teenage love or just simple dumbness but to them, they were it for each other.

Arianna larsen loved psychology, chad meeks martin loved sports. sure it wasn't the perfect mix but it made sense, maybe not to everyone but to them it was. they didn't need to make sense, they had each other. they were it for each other, they were the sun and the moon. the ocean and the swimmer, the book, and the reader.

Arianna had been taught her whole life about love and what it was and wasn't. her parents were perfect examples, they were in love and had been in love their whole lives. she wanted that, she wanted that for herself. that's when Chad showed up, ignorant, self-obsessed chad, and somehow Arianna changed him. the girl who had lollipops with her, the girl who smelled like cherries and strawberries, the girl who dyed her hair more than she should, the girl who knew love and the boy who didn't.

the fruit from the tree and the eater. they were each other's lives and if possible they would always be. Arianna was it for chad and chad was it for Arianna but would that stay the same? would that change? would they change? why would they change? did they have a reason?
