Ink and Error continued to walk through the multiverse, exploring the infinite timelines and enjoying the company of their friends. However, despite their newfound sense of freedom, they couldn't shake off the feeling that they were being watched.
Their suspicions were confirmed when they stumbled upon Outer Sans, who had been secretly following them. Ink and Error were shocked and angry - they thought they had left their stalker behind in their timeline. But Outer Sans just looked ashamed and remorseful.
"I'm sorry, guys," he said. "I know I shouldn't have followed you, but I just couldn't help it. I was worried about you."
Ink and Error were still upset, but they could tell that Outer Sans was sincere. They decided to hear him out.
"Look," Outer Sans continued, "I've been watching you guys, and I can't help but feel jealous of what you have. You both have found your soulmates and I...I haven't. I've been so desperate to feel loved and wanted, that I ended up becoming obsessed with your relationship."
Ink and Error listened with empathy. They knew what it felt like to be alone and desperate for love.
"But that's not an excuse for my behavior," Outer Sans continued. "I'm sorry for making you feel uncomfortable. I promise I'll never do it again."
Ink and Error looked at each other, unsure of what to do. They knew that Outer Sans had crossed a line, but they could understand where he was coming from. After a long silence, Ink finally spoke up.
"We forgive you, Outer," Ink said. "But you need to understand that what you did was not okay. We don't want to be spied on or followed. It's a violation of our privacy."
Outer Sans nodded with understanding. "I get it, Ink. I was wrong and I'm sorry. I'll respect your boundaries from now on."
Ink and Error exchanged a glance, and then nodded in agreement. Outer Sans had hurt them, but they believed in forgiveness and second chances. They continued their journey through the multiverse, but this time, they made sure to keep a watchful eye on their surroundings. They knew that things wouldn't be the same again, but they were determined to make the best out of the situation.
Ink decided to have a few drinks. he lost count of how much he had, and everything started to become a blur. Error, on the other hand, wasn't comfortable with the idea of Ink drinking so much. He knew that it could lead to trouble and he didn't want to risk it.
As the night was coming to an end, Error saw Ink stumbling around and knew that he had too much to drink. He knew that he couldn't leave Ink alone in this state, so he decided to take him home.
Ink tried to protest, but Error reassuringly told her that they needed to leave. He looked around and saw that the others were still having fun and didn't notice them leaving. He carefully led Ink to his arms, holding her gently as he carried her outside.
As they made their way home, Error felt Ink's warm breath on his shoulder. Ink's drunken slur was barely audible and he could feel the weight of his head resting on his chest. He felt a sense of responsibility and protection over him, something that he always had.
When they finally arrived home, Error carefully laid Ink down on his bed, tucking him in safely. He sat by his side for a while, making sure that he was comfortable before he left the room quietly.
As he sat down on the couch, he couldn't help but feel worried about Ink's safety. He knew that he should have been more careful and that he needed to be more mindful of Ink's wellbeing. He cared so much about him and he didn't want anything bad to happen to him.
He stayed up the whole night, checking on Ink every once in a while. When the sun finally started to rise, Error felt a sense of relief wash over him. Ink was safe, and he knew that he had made the right choice by bringing him home. As the sun rose, he knew that it was time for him to get some rest too. He slowly walked to his room, feeling grateful that they had each other to take care of.
