The Infernal Volcano

The Infernal Volcano, the world of fire and lava everywhere. The Fire Hydragon told me that this place is a volcanic area used for unknown purpose, such as pipes leading lava and fire to various places. The only thing we do is enter the world to reach to the top of the volcano.

I brought Sunburn along with the rest of my team for some investigation.

Sunburn: Now it's time for...

Trigger Happy: Detective Sunburn's..

Echo: ...What's my line again? Oh, right. Notebook! My apologies, Sunburn.

Sunburn: The subject of our investigation is "what are the Doom Raiders doing near the portals?" Echo, you first.

Echo: Well, it's obvious from our past experiences with Doom Raiders appearing in Skylands, including the new ones.

Trigger Happy: Their only purpose is to wreak havoc.

Echo: I think it's safe to assume they're working with Kaos. And Kaos wants to destroy the Core of Light. It would be easier for him and to carry out his plans if the Doom Raiders are causing chaos everywhere. An alliance between them is the most likely scenario we're facing.

The Fire Hydragon appears out of nowhere. He couldn't help but hear in on the conversation of the investigation.

Fire Hydragon: Astute observation, Echo. Kaos and the Doom Raiders have joined forces before. But it looks like we may have to put the investigation on hold for now. We've been spotted by Villains patrolling the volcanoes. Be careful, Skylander.

Throughout the first level, we managed to take down the enemies here. I howl at the fiery sky of the volcano and strum my boneharp guitar, victoriously.

Wolfgang: Aroooo! Victory! I could have beaten them by myself! But I guess teammate help would be appreciated.

Fire Hydragon: So, Detective Sunburn, what do you think about Echo's hypothesis?

Sunburn: Oh, um... I guess my conclusion is a little different. But we don't have any evidence that Kaos and Doom Raider are actually working together. We can't conclusively say that they are. So, we'll have to find evidence! This is our first assignment! No, we HAVE TO find it. At any cost!

Trigger Happy, Echo and I were dead silent while listening to Sunburn's idea.

Sunburn: Huh? What's wrong? Was it something I said?

Trigger Happy: No, I'm impressed. Couldn't have said it better myself!

Fire Hydragon: Well done, Sunburn. I wish you luck with your investigation. You've really got a talent for this! If you figure this out, I'll give you a deerstalker cap. The most famous detectives on Earth wear them.

Sunburn: Really?! I hope it isn't flammable.

Fire Hydragon: Help the Skylander investigate and I'll give you all the hats you want. I trust you, Detectives!

More investigation is further on ahead as we continue our path through Infernal Volcano, still defeating enemies on our path when suddenly a Grinnade shows up!

Grinnade: *Beep* *Beep* *Beep* *BEEEEEEEP*
