It would take Chris atleast 4 hours to reach the palace using the forest root since taking the city root will lead to a lot of danger.

But with Alex on his back it will take atleast 6 hours if he doesn't wake up on time, two hours that is.

The sun was up it was around 5pm while they were around the forest. While the forest will keep them away from people who are under both the princes influences it will definitely keep them in contact with things like wild animals, bandits {which the pair of twins are traumatized by}, poisonous plants aswell there was danger lurking everywhere for them.

But this danger was nothing compared to that of those malfunctioned princes what the fake author tried to explain about the glitch.

Chris and alex both were nothing but in the pajama they wore when they were first kidnapped. Only Chris borrowed footwear and forgot about alex. And they looked like sexy beggars trying to seduce people with two top buttons open and hair messed up as if they had a great night before walking out the restaurant.

Their current look would definitely make even man question his liking and that was something the prince won't like this when they find out.

It was already 6pm and Chris was walking with his lovely brother on his back. Chris ofcourse got tired and as the sun was already setting he started to curse. Why the fuck didn't I listen to Lilith.

The day was going way fast then when he was captured by the prince.

With the prince it was like one hour with him was almost 24hours and the sun didn't want to move.

But now just when Chris is blinking the sun is moving it's place as if playing red light green light and Chris hated it he hated how bad his luck is and his brother was still recharging what we will call in our modern world.

He didn't have a watch to tell the exact time but he knows it's bad time of his two life it was getting darker and dangerous animals were ready to hunt them anytime.

Not that Chris is weak. He can just take them out using his mana but using his mana currently is like turning on the location so the mafia could find you and do god know what.

So all that Chris could do was set up a camp like he remembered from his last life when he went to camp with his school.

He laid alex on the ground as he went to get edibles and wood for fire.

He made sure not to increase the distance between them as the sun was still setting he could see alex pretty clearly sleeping.

'be grateful that I'm a good elder brother' Chris grumbled but made sure not to say it out loud already feeling bad to suck almost (all) the life juice out of him.
