Christian's Point Of View:

Ana sits quietly next to me, her face buried in her hands. Austin calmed her down, told us both what his father had planned then, left us alone.

Anastasia fled up to the bedroom Austin let her stay in. I followed behind her, not wanting to let her out of my sight.

We've been sitting quietly like this for almost an hour while, Austin, Taylor and Austin's new security team, set up new protection procedures.

"Do you love her?" Ana finally speaks, her voice is raspy and low.

"What?" I ask, turning to face her on the bed.

"Do you love her. Elena?" she looks up at me, her eyes pufffy and red. All I want is to take her in my arms and make slow, pure, uninterrupted love to her.

"No, Anastasia. I don't love her."

She stares at me for a moment before nodding and looking away.

"So why sleep with her then?" She asks, staring out the window where the sun is beginning to rise. The sky is a pinkish, purplish color.

"I....I was upset that I hadn't heard from you. I needed to relive all that pent up stress, all that pent up anger. She was there, she was convenient. I took her into the red room and..."

"You fucked her." she finishes the sentence for me.

I nod.

Silence fills the room again.

"We weren't together so, I shouldn't be mad. Only, I am mad. Mad that you slept with her. Mad that you lied to me. Mad that, I can't stay mad. That despite all that has happened, I still love you." tears begin to fall down her cheeks again and I can't stop myself.

I pull her close to me and kiss her forehead, "I'm. sorry. I'm sorry. I am so sorry, Anastasia. I love you."

"I love you too." Ana cries into my chest.

A knock on the door makes her pull away. Taylor enters, his eyes alert.

"What's going on?" I aks him, standing up.

"He's here." Taylor says and I know, all hell is about to break loose.
