Yuqi smiled at her friend after she finished a math problem. She pushed her homework towards Miyeon, who took it with a funny smile on her face. She expected the girl to get it wrong again because she did one too many steps. But to her suprise, she did it right. Every step was perfect.
"You did it, Qi!"
"Oh, I did? That's cool," she said. Miyeon held her hand up, and Yuqi high-fived it.
After studying a bit more, they packed up to leave.
"Are you sure you'll be okay walking home by yourself?"
"Yes, I'll be okay."
"Okay, then." Yuqi waved at Miyeon and turned to leave. That was until she was cut off by the girl talking again. "Wait, before you go. Here, I have something."
Yuqi turned around and was immediately met with a kiss on her cheek. She smiled at the older girl and waved. "Bye, Miyeon. See you tomorrow!"
"Oh, yeah. Bye, Yuqi, " she said with a smile. Yuqi smiled; score. This was definitely going well for Miyeon.
