lets go random specific headcanons
nico: makes a playlist for everything, he's made a playlist for an ambulance ride once.
nico: he has an attachment to those sunglasses they give you at the dentist. or just strange/funky glasses in general, he has a whole hoard somewhere. he'd be the one strolling his way over to the grocery store with a pair of flare luminescent shades hanging from his collar
earl, merci: at some point they volunteered at a same animal shelter. merci would just be idk having some sentimental moment with the rabbits and then earl comes on in and strikes up friendly convo. even though it's almost always just him (probably oversharing) about his wonderful lifestyle while merci just looks annoyed
earl: when he was younger he'd sometimes take some blame for somebody, and get in trouble because of that. but, he wouldnt really mind since then he could help with tidying and cleaning stuff up when no ones around. he was friends with all the custodians
sarah: says "did i ask, though?" (as a joke to mock n annoy people, shes not actually like that 😋)
-mike: he'd be the cop lounged back in his office chair with his feet kicked up on the desk, playing online arcade games while munching on a pink sprinkled donut when no ones looking. chases kids down the street for no reason just because he finds it funny
leon: why are people so weird to him in game bro. anyways he was definitely an ipad kid at one point. he falls asleep in the strangest places and most inconvenient times, and would be the kid to attend school on the day before holiday just to sleep the whole time (though unfortunately elf does not make the best white noise) oh yea plus he cant do math
