1.Okay so first get a glass , mug or a cup
2. Then go to your nearest sink
3. Get your cup or whatever you chose
4. Fill the water to the middle
5. Get your cup to your mouth
6. Let the cup touch your lips and try getting the water in your mouth
7. When you get the water in your mouth , then try swallowing the water
When the water is going down your throat the feeling may be weird, but you'll get used to it
You should drink eight glasses of water in a day
